Worse storage facility I have ever used. They just kept raising the price because they know you don't want to move your stuff somewhere else.

The people that work there locally have always been wonderful, corporate, not so much.. The welcome package was a very thoughtful and unexpected touch but the continued raising of the rate soured my experience.

The facility is nice, clean, and secure but the constant price increases where unacceptable. I started with a 10x10 about 5 years ago for about $80 a month. I didn't take long until I was paying over $140 a month. I decided to downsize to a 4 or 5X8 and it was about $60 a month but it quickly became about $85-$90a month. Too expensive and quickly increasing rates is what drove me away.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind but they wouldn't offset what I had to pay.

I just recently started renting my storage unit. The girls in the office are very professional and really nice. I'm disabled and can't walk good so I have to use a rollator to help me get around. The girls in the office scooted a chair closer to the desk for me. And was real accommodating.
So far my experience with Valley Storage has been a good one.

Lakota made my storage rental experience one of the best that I have ever had in my life. She was extremely helpful over the phone. When I walked in she had a huge smile on her face and she was very very helpful and made the process very easy. She is exceptional and I'm so excited to have a storage space here. Her customer service skills are outstanding. This is by far one of the best places to rent a storage space and a lot of that is because of Lakota. I thank God for her.
