(2021) The asst mgr calls to tell me my trailer was broken into when it wasn't. I drove a 120 mile round trip for no reason.The new owners rental contract is 500 pages long for a simple rv storage spot.The "new" insurance requirement is excessive junk fees. Probably why they "pretend" you are getting broken into so they can "justify" charging you this. And lets not forget the recent rent increases.Not happy at all. Everyone, including me, has moved out of the RV/boat storage area- it WAS 100 percent full b4 the new owners took over.
