I went there for an interview recently. I hope I get the job??because that place was amazing! It was clean and modern looking with a lot of employees bustling around getting stuff done and they rushed to help everyone that walked in. Everyone there was very professional and respectful and the man who interviewed me was cool as a fan and very thorough. Also they have a incredible selection of vehicles! The Porsches had me salivating lol. Wow, this place is a car heaven for a car enthusiast like me. I recommend getting your car from here for sure. I probably will be on my next one lol

We have had great dealings with the Porsche dealer, the Kia dealer not so much. They sent us out on a 95 degree day to look for a car not only couldn't find, but we couldn't get cuz it was in a locked parking lot 150 yards away. The service manager wouldn't help us, all he did was complain. It's a good thing that a few other people did help us finally. I don't know if we will go back there. Customer service is not their strong point!

Paramount Volvo has the worst mechanics. They broke my aunts windshield getting her dash out to fix her AC which should’ve been fixed before she bought the car and then when they were putting the new windshield in after they got it put in a lady was pulling into the building to keep it overnight, and she noticed it was busted not satisfied at all.

Back on January 28th, 2023, we bought a vehicle from this dealer. During the signing process they offered a vehicle service contract on the car. We accepted it knowing that if we change our minds about it we could cancel it later on. The amount added for this contract was $2722.00. After a week of thinking it over and doing some research on the matter and calling the insurance company that provides this so called "service contract", we decided to cancel it, since the real benefits for the policy owner are close zero. The contract stated that if we cancel within the first 60 days the dealer should reimburse 100% of the amount paid. We are back at the dealer first thing on February 6th and talk to Ryan, the sales manager that handled our sale documents. He accepted the request and made us sign a document, of which we requested a copy. We did not realize then and there that the document was not dated. he also said that it would take up to 4 to 5 weeks for the request to be processed. We have been waiting way over that time and the refund has not been sent to the financing entity, neither us. We called the dealer, and after many attempts to speak to Allan, one of main managers, he said he would call back and never did. Finally, someone by the name of Mark Robinson told us that a check was sent on March 7th, but so far no one has received it. We called again today, March 27th, a desk girl picked up the phone and said we would get a call from the manager. Surprise! He never called. We are now sure that this dealer is giving us the run around to wait for the 60 days of the contract to go over, and then keep part of the service contract money.

I spent almost 7k to get service and they never fixed the issue. I have receipts to back up everything. I found out the problem on you tube versus a shop at a dealership. It’s not one of there vehicles don’t take it there. I would highly recommend to take your vehicle somewhere else that can actually fix the problem and not rob you.

So I've always went here. 10 years now. I don't see the same faces I used to. But the mechanic work is all I care about.which seems proper. 4 stars because when I go now they try to hit me with the usual oh you need a alignment or "yada yada yada"I'm a business man my self so I get it. But you won't pull the wool over my beedy eyes. I will return tho as the work seems top notch.

I recently had my brand new K5 serviced by Kia a couple of weeks ago. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! . One of their service tech(s) decided he wasn't going to use the correct tools provided to him to remove weights on my rim. What ever tool he used to remove them, left gouge marks in two of my rims. Not only was there damages to my rims , my underbody cover as well. Someone decided to hit something in the road while test driving it ripping the underbody cover almost off. These two incident where never brought to my attention they just gave me back my car like nothing happened. Kia manager said they fix the issues for free and talk with the tech(s) about my car use the proper tools provided to them to maintenance customer cars. Returned couple weeks later got my rims repaired and underbody cover repaired free of charge. All was good until I realized my car was bouncing in the front. They never replaced the weights after repairing my rims so another trip to Kia. My rims where repaired they looked good no problems all I needed was weights put back on. Why I get my car back after they put my weights on and one of the rims that was just repaired destroyed? ?? LIVID! Manager seen it took pictures of it but never said anything to me. Then she rescheduled a second time to go to rim repair because their service tech(s) decided to undo all the hard work Rim Repair of Hickory just did 1 week ago. Look over your cars when you get them back from service to make sure they did they job correctly. Bring it to the mangers attention if it's unacceptable or there's a problem. I was supposed to get my window trim fixed as well that was on the service sheet too, but Kia decided they wasn't going to do it why? ? Beats me. It was left at Rim repair all day til closing time. It's under warranty I was told it would be scheduled same time with my rims. That was the main reason to have a rental for a couple of days thru them so they could service my car. They wanted their rental back even tho I had it signed out til Saturday. ? Another trip to Kia I guess. Latley just bad service all the way around. Techs don't care if they damage your vehicle and or do the job correct or not managers making excuses and telling lies. Not good for business.

I was looking to buy a new car and chanced upon this dealership on Edmunds. From my first contact, Matt Church remained an extremely responsive, well communicating sales person. I had sent a request for information after work on Friday. Even at 730pm on a Friday, Matt called and confirmed the inventory. The next morning, Matt sent me pictures of the car over text, and once I told him the time I'd be there, he was promptly waiting in the car to take me for a test drive. No "upsell" pressure to try sell me a higher trim - he explained some of the newer features of the car and was helpful. Matt had already communicated the price and was on-point with it - very upfront - no last minute "here's an add-on that will cost ya..". The thing that no one really enjoys at a dealer is having to negotiate and haggle especially after a price has been communicated, and this dealership was pleasant experience. The finance team with Allen Queen was also very efficient. The "document signing" tablet is really cool and was easy to see and read what I was signing. They also found a very good financing offer. From start to end, the whole process took just over 2 hours. They multi tasked and set up the Hyundai blue-link even as I was signing some paperwork and everything was good to go efficiently, but at no point was I rushed or hurried - just efficient. All in all, a great experience thanks to Matt & Allen.

These ppl are all on point egar to help and work hard for you. Chris G.(the car guy ) is the very best he works hard to get you what you want and at the best price available. He is honest and will stay as long as it takes to make sure you are happy and in love with your purchase. The one finance guy Brandon is also amazing everything is explained in a way that you understand he takes the time to make sure the terms are the best possible for you. My family and I have bought 5 cars from this place and have never had a bad experience and have never had a problem at all. I have called to ask questions most ppl would call stupid even after hours I have called Chris about something I didn't know about my car and he answered the phone and helped me on his private time. He is a top notch person and is highly motivated and recommended.

Service department manger will not help he tell lies will not return calls we got 2 kia's they messed them both up the manger said I wish I would have know that what they were doing I would have told you not to let them do it because you motor will shout down and it did he said it under warranty so no worry we will fix it that was a lie he said it under warranty and then we went back to him he said warranty gone don't trust paramount Kia of hickory they liers they want let you talk to anyone else or there boss
