Don’t recommend anything from these dealers, worked there and got service done through there and issues both time, paramount Hyundai couldn’t get a simple oil change done by expected time and when I texted the number they provided me with my service I got no response. Then getting service at Kia I told the service advisor that I wanted my car to go through Herman branch as I knew him personally and trusted him. The service advisor happily ignored me and didn’t bother to follow through with my request. Also to go with it working there is not the best, there’s so many chains of managers you can’t get a direct response out of anyone, was told I was gonna speak to Jason of Kia with my former boss Ronnie a week straight but he was too “busy” to do so, but when I had to get cars to detail there was no issue with a service writer from paramount Porsche to sit in his office and eat in there so that was never fulfilled. Also when i informed paramount that I may apply for another job at sunco, someone from paramount called them and spoke bad upon my name to the next job in question which left me with calls of confusion and frustration, I called sunco to see who called from paramount, I listed off names of managers at the paramount dealerships and they recalled Ronnie’s name to be most familiar, once I went to him to ask about it he was nothing but shocked and stumbling for and told me to not worry about it as he will take care of finding who said it only to be fired over the phone on Labor Day. I told my boss at the time Ronnie on Friday August 30th I will not be at work Monday to which he responded “I’ll take care of it i understand enjoy your three day weekend”. The next time I heard from him was September 2nd when he decided to inform me that they were going a different way and fired me then and there. Not to mention a old man named Eddie threatened to fight me because I “raised my voice” when I got pulled to help him on a car he was taking to long on cause he was on his phone to which I just removed myself told my Ronnie and went on but he decided to threaten me again when I took a simple video of what was going on around my work to which I told Ronnie and nothing happened except a write up. Along with it all of this I worked in their detail and did ppf which is paint protection film as well but that was all talk as once I got hired they really struggled to sell ppf and when I told them I need cars to work on finance could not care less. I was told that Nick from Kia spoke to the finance team to up the selling on ppf from Ronnie but nothing ever came from it. If your thinking about paramount save yourself the time, money, and frustration from dealing with people like this.

Excellent service. Choa Yang was excellent. He assisted us in looking at vehicles, during the purchase, and did an excellent job of showing us the workings of the car. All employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Paramount Kia went above and beyond my expectations! We went in with a firm budget and plenty of wants, and Tanner was the absolute best with being patient and finding the very best fit for our family! Our new, loaded up Sorento is perfect and has more than we expected, and still worked into our budget perfectly! Tanner even stayed after close to continue to work with us and show us options, when he definitely didn't have to! Absolutely exceptional service! We couldn't be happier with our new Kia, and the amazing service that Tanner and Katie and the entire Paramount Team provided! 5 star service no question about it, we will definitely purchase from them for our next upgrade!! Definitely worth your visit when purchasing a new car or used they had a tooon of inventory which made it easy not to have to shop all over the place! Thank you so much for your help Paramount Kia Team! Ya'll were fantastic!

My experience with our recent purchase of a 2024 Kia Sorento was exceptional. The sales person and staff were professional and courteous. We decided on the exterior & interior color and our sales person worked to locate what we wanted and completed the dealer transfer the next week. We feel that we have made a great decision on the vehicle and dealership! Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the experience I had at Paramount Kia of Hickory! My salesman Nick Thomas did a phenomenal job with helping me decide which vehicle was the best fit for my family and I. I look forward to doing more business with them in the near future and would recommend them to anyone else looking to purchase a new vehicle!
July 31st 2024: ... everything in above review I currently still stand by. HOWEVER, the Service Department is TERRIBLE!!!!
Originally I had planned to use my 2015 Kia Optima as a trade in until I was told there was a recall on my engine as long as the diagnostic code/test matched their criteria, and it did!!! GREAT NEWS!!! Why, because I was only 3 payments away from having this car paid off and passed down to my 17 year old son as a starter car.
Therefore, I decided to pay cash for the down payment on my new purchase and have the Optima fixed under recall, free of charge, with extended warranty.
Roughly 3 weeks later I get a phone call that my car is "fixed" and ready to be picked up.
I go to pick up my car. Start my car and immediately notice the "check engine" light is off BUT TWO MORE (ABS and Traction Control) lights are now on. ???♀️
I was told to drive the car for a few days and give the computer time to recalibrate and if the lights didn't go off to bring it back and they would fix it. ...A week later the lights are still on PLUS ANOTHER, now my tire pressure light is on along with the ABS and Traction Control.
I return the car to the service department. Two days later I received a text message from NICK MORETZ with a link. I opened the link that stated, both rear wheel speed sensors were bad and needed replaced costing $859+ ...confused I then call to ask what that meant in being told by MATT that I would have to pay for this repair as it was "normal wear and tear" on the car. ?
First of all, I was told before leaving the parking lot that this problem would be fixed. Second of all, these lights were NOT on prior to their mechanics "fixing" my engine under recall, which then tells me it came out of your garage this way. Third, they're now saying these lights were already on when I dropped the car off the first time(((I know for a FACT they were NOT. I even have pictures of the diagnostic showing ONLY ONE CODE))) ... but yet none of the above was mentioned before now.
My guess is that their mechanics screwed something else up while so called fixing my car and now they want me to pay to repair it.
Unfortunately, as much as I have enjoyed my 2024 Sorento, I now fully regret purchasing the new car as I dread having to ever deal with this TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE again.
It's very unfortunate as I have had nothing but a positive experiences in the past 6 years with my Optima (purchased at CarMax of Hickory) hence as to why I chose to purchase a new Kia.
Again, with much regret, i no longer look forward to doing business with them in the future nor will I ever refer them to anyone else!!!!!

Great Experience. David was great about answering questions even after I drove off the lot in my new car. I didn't feel pressured into buying something I didn't want, instead was given ever courtesy to take my time and drive several vehicles. Finance gentleman was GREAT too!

I couldn't have asked for a better sales experience! Quick, courteous, David Hoover is the best! I really appreciated his knowledge of the vehicle, which is rare in sales associates these days. I would recommend this dealership! Although I do wish sales and service would communicate a little better...
