awful, they sell animals with issues.. i bought a bearded dragon who was not even old enough to be sold, which i did not know at the time. now i am finding out he has multiple medical issues.

Came here just a few minutes early, like four people left because they realized the doors weren’t open. The employees just watched us and smiled about it instead of letting people in. Y’all must like losing money.

Friendly and helpful staff. Prices way too high! Can go to Walmart and get the same things way cheaper. Fish had ICK but the guy was honest about it.
02/01/25 revisit for dog supplies. Got a good harness and cute sweater for our lil dog. Still buy food at wal mart that I hate going to. But same bag several dollars off makes it worth it.

Buy all our saltwater fish and supplies here now. Fresh water fish always seem stressed and have ich so look before you buy. Definitely quarantine fish!

Was able to get the raw food I wanted. I also picked up some refrigerated food. After getting home, realized food was on last sale date. Several portion pack. Ugh.

By far the best big chain pet store I’ve seen. Most PetSmarts, PetSupermarkets, PetSenses, Petcos, etc. are underwhelming and have mediocre products/inventory, usually lacking animals/products for more advanced reptile & amphibian or fish/aquaria hobbyists, keepers and breeders. This is not the case with this store. From beginners looking to get into the hobby to expert keepers and breeders with years of experience, there is something here for everyone.

If I could put a lower review, I would. My husband and I were about to blow over $200.00 at this store, but now, I am so glad we didn't. I recommend not purchasing products of any type through this company just from the way they treat consumers alone. If you do buy from them, good luck trying to purchase any live animals. REALLY seems like they DO NOT like making sales!

No dogs, no snail shells. We came looking for assorted snail shells for an aquarium, so the snails we have can move out and in.
We were told that we could get different size aquarium snail shells at most pet stores... um, we are in a pet store.
