I have been taking my doberman puppy here for nail trims. She has gotten so much better. It used to take two bathers to keep her from jumping around and trying to fly off the table. Today only the one. She absolutely will not let me try to do her toes. But they can get it every time.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at PetSmart Grooming. I had an appointment with Brandi last Sunday, scheduled for 11:30 AM, and when I arrived, they immediately place my dog in a filthy kennel in the back. He was left there for 45 minutes before they even acknowledged him. After all that time, they came back and claimed that my dog bit them, which was completely untrue. They said they couldn't service him because of it. My dog is friendly and well-behaved, and this was absolutely no reason for this accusation. It felt like a complete lack of professionalism and care. They overbooked and just wanted to use this as an excuse. I will never be bringing my dog back to PetSmart again and would advise others to stay away as well. Unless they like their dog being abused and locked up in the back.

they are very very rude and they are letting there fish sit there DEAD in the tank and they try to blame US for the fish we bought dying. they need to be respectful and learn how to clean and take care of there fish. they are not who they make there selves out to be. i hated this experience and i will never be coming back. they don’t deserve to have fish.

Every tank had at least one dead fish. One of the tanks had ONLY dead fish.

Brook in the grooming department (Hickory, NC) was beyond amazing! Gunner came out happy, beautiful and super soft. She took her time and recognized his "not so much love" for the dryer but still managed to get him completely dry. Will definitely be booking with her again!
