Easy check in. I was seen about 15 minutes after my appointment time, which is typical of places like this.
Staff were quick and to the point. They didn't ask any questions as to why I was there, which I appreciate. I've been asked that before at other places and it's none of their business.

This was my first time visiting this location and I came in as a walk in patient and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the office. Amy was my phlebotomist and she was phenomenal! I’ve never had such a fast and painless blood draw and that was all thanks to Amy. As a walk in I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Incredible! I’m fully aware not every visit is that quick but it was such a great experience I had to leave a review!

I had to get a huge health panel done and have an extensive amount of blood drawn between two visits. At my first visit, Tammy made the process fast and painless. Afterwards, I unexpectedly started feeling sick and passed out! Thank goodness for Tammy who knew exactly how to get me to regain consciousness. I’m a big guy and she managed to keep me upright and safe throughout a scary situation. Today, I had my second visit and was dreading the possibility of passing out again so badly I almost canceled. If Tammy wasn’t working I would’ve. She had me lay down, put an ice pack on my neck and got me talking and distracted. Didn’t have a single issue. Wasn’t even lightheaded. So grateful for Tammy’s expertise and taking the time to take care of me.

Tammy is a miracle worker! Seriously. Me and my boyfriend each needed about 24 viles drawn between two separate visits. During our first visit last week I was super anxious and she quickly put me at ease with her efficiency and bedside manner. Then, when my boyfriend unexpectedly passed out after his draw, she quickly and calmly got him conscious and feeling better. My boyfriend was nervous about returning today but she knew exactly how to prepare him properly and he had zero issues! Didn’t even feel the slightest bit faint afterwards. I’m super relieved she was patient with us and helped him beat his fear and gave him wonderful pointers for future blood draws. Tammy is a gem!

Tammy was awesome with my son and explained everything so well! He is 8 and has never had blood work and she made our experience such a pleasure!

Ms. Tammy did such a great job. She was able to easily get all the blood she needed with one jab. Super sweet and easy to get my testing done. I would definitely recommend this lab.

Tammy was a delight! She has many many years of experience and took care of me so well! I tend to faint or be very uneasy when getting blood drawn, so I told Tammy I was nervous. She had me lay down, she was quick and efficient, and overall very caring and took her time for my comfort. I didn't even feel/notice her switching out viles! I came alone and was so nervous but I felt like I was being taken care of by family. Highly recommend. Also, the check in process is easy. It's a simple kiosk with a tablet. Just follow the prompts and it can scan your ID and Insurance card with ease. Super easy check in and fantastic visit!
