If I could rate lower I 100% would.
I requested services on 10/18/25 I was told he would be at my house around 11am and would 30 before he arrived. 1pm came around and I got a text stating he was on the way and didn’t show until 3pm. All good..same day request same day show up. HOWEVER-he brought a lady with him who was so geeked out of her mind she would stop talking and pacing back and fourth in my house. Talking so much she got dry mouth and asked for water. He had to call her in our laundry room to tell her to calm down and chill out. He determined our washing machine needed a shift actuator because our clothes would not drain during the spin cycle. He charged me $70 for the part and told me he would be back that following Wednesday 10/22/25 to fix the repair. I called that morning to confirm the appointment for the repair and he stopped by to “fix” the issue.
Well would you know that didn’t fix it…so I called him multiple times to see if he could come back with no call back and no response to text messages. That is until I asked for my money back. The following day after requesting a refund he called and stated he would have a used washer brought to my house on 10/24/25. Even called to make sure we would be there at 4pm. By 8pm this man STILL did not show up. So I called and told him to bring me the refund and not to worry about the washing machine. He said and I quote, “I got stuck in Vale at a job. I am on my way.” Okay…by 9:30pm he is still not there. He called me back and asks if he can just come tomorrow which would now be 10/25/25… SEVEN WHOLE DAYS. This man shows up to my house WITHOUT A REPLACEMENT and asks what is wrong with the washer like this is his first visit. Refuses to give a refund and will not answer calls or texts. It took me 20 minutes to find a YouTube video on how to fix my damn washer. Is that on me for not trying that first OH YEAH. But dang. If you pay someone to fix something, it should be done!
DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!!!

I called Rink’s on a Friday morning after another company had to reschedule my appointment for my refrigerator. He came out same day at 4PM with the part that it might need, was able to troubleshoot without replacing a part, offered to clean the coil while he was here, and he even had other service calls after mine! He also checked on some breaker concerns I had. Will definitely call him again.

Vince is truely a professional and super kind PERSON in repairing my refrigerator.! Not only that , he is very fast , just about 30-45 mins after I texted him the address , he came to my house ! If there is any problem of my appliance I Will definitely call him again ..! Especially he gave me a discount for my situation . Thank you so very much Vince.!

I called to schedule an appointment for one of our rental property’s in Hickory, spoke to Vince. Gave him the address and he said he would go the next day and call 30 minutes before coming. He did not call, so my tenant called him. He said he didn’t have an appointment scheduled and no one called him about that address. So my tenant went ahead and made an appointment with him for today. He was supposed to call 30 minutes before he came. Never called and never showed up. Super dissatisfied with this type of behavior. Everyone is busy and having to chase down someone twice and they will don’t show up is unacceptable. Rant over.

We couldn't have asked for better service. Vincent came the very day we called him to fix our clothes dryer. He had to go get the part he needed. He came back the next day and had it fixed in no time. His price was Very reasonable. Thank you Vincent

I tried 4 big name companies on Thursday to get someone to fix my dryer. Three of them had no availability until the following week and one place never returned my call. I called Rink’s on Saturday morning, Vince answered the phone right away and came out to fix my dryer that same afternoon! Will definitely use him again for any future appliance repairs.
