Had a small crack in my windshield approximately 1.5 cm in length. They were able to successfully treat it in time (I brought it in within 10-14 days of noticing it). It has been a few months and there has been no sign of spreading. They are knowledgeable and efficient. Would highly recommend this location.

Riley is the best! My 2019 Toyota Camry back window got busted out from workers that do the roads and he came shortly after 8AM, we had some issues with the company that paid for it and he worked with us until the owner of the company was in office to pay for the window. He came back about 2 hours later when he didn’t have too and replaced it no questions asked. Excellent young man! Very knowledgeable and awesome! He took his time and vacuumed just about my whole car to get all the glass out. When working with Safelite, I highly recommend using Riley! ??

Safe lite has refused to answer any calls and has not responded to any of my requests emails why do you run a business this way should get a 1/2 star rating I don't recommend these guy Hickory N.C USA

Scheduled online, beat all competitors by 100$. I opted to have the cheaper service done since my insurance was not covering it.Scheduling was easy and had appointments available within 2 days for in shop replacement.The technician that replaced my windshield was quick and had it done in under 30 minutes. Glass was super clean and scratch free. Safelite earned the star rating of 5 and I only have a suggestion, not a complaint.Maybe put some kind of plastic or cloth over the dash and especially the speakers. I had little bits of rubber that have made it into the speaker covers and causing my speakers to rattle. Was also some on the dash. Not a major issue so no star reduction for that.Super pleased and would definitely recommend.

I took my 2023 Camry Trd with 16k miles to have the windshield replaced, my dash is covered in light scuff marks, dug deep enough there is no wiping it off, the technician told the associate up front that the marks were left after he used a broom to sweep my dash off, I took my car back for the manager Phillip to look at it and he is telling me now there is no way their “soft bristle brushes” that they use as a courtesy to the customer could’ve done that. I know my own car, it’s brand new, I know what damages occur to my own vehicle that I make the payments on, he argued the color of my interior with me so I asked him to walk into the sunlight to look at the color of my interior and the damages that happened under their care of my vehicle, I was told numerous times “he wasn’t arguing with me” I have reached out to corporate numerous times. I have contacted my insurance to start another claim on their preferred provider. I have yet to talk to a district manager or someone higher than Phillip, and it has been 6 days since the damages and I feel like I am being brushed off because to them it’s not a big deal. To me it is. It’s a brand new car, it should come back to me the way I brought it to you. Disgusted is an understatement. I don’t recommend this location to anyone nor do I believe that Phillip should be in management. A professional businessman would appreciate me bringing this to their attention to further prevent other damages to other vehicles not argue the car I picked out and pay for every month. Like you know my own vehicle better than the daily driver. Get over yourself Phillip and man up and take responsibility for your teams carelessness!!!!!!!! I get no business wants a bad reputation, so fix it, don’t argue with the customer?

I watched a Safelite repairman (Shane) change out a windshield for someone in a parking lot. He took his time, seemed to be meticulous and was careful with the vehicle he was working on.I walked over to him to ask some questions about the average out of pocket cost for a chip repair in a windshield. He was able to provide that for me and let me know that insurance will typically cover a chip repair fully, and that they work with your insurance company on your behalf.I will be using Safelite in the future. A mobile glass shop is a great business model and makes it that much easier to get a chip repaired (instead of waiting to find the time to take care of it and having it start to crack or worsen).Thanks Shane!

I was driving to this area this weekend. So I decided to get my windshield done at this location. I went online and made my appointment not knowing that status of that was to drop off because I was gonna wait for my car but luckily Jennifer called me to confirm appointment. She explained to me that if I’m going to wait on it I don’t go online and make the appointment that’s just for drop offs so she got me straight got me in a better time slot. This young lady was very helpful and pleasant on the phone as well as in person very professional. The best customer service at this location you will ever experience. Now before I was even able to sit down in the lobby. The young man named Jamar had already pulled my car in and was getting started on my car. When I tell you Jamar did an excellent job. I do mean excellent job done. I appreciate the service provided by Jennifer and Jamar. Thank you so much.

Better price than going to a body shop that's for sure. Riley was the tech I got and he was super cool and carried himself very professionally. He installed my windshield within an hour, and even walked me through the process as he was doing it. I definitely recommend Riley from safelite to do your autoglass. Still waiting on the survey so I can give good feedback though.

Will update my review accordingly. Have used safelite in the past for several windshield replacements due to highway commutes. Never an issue until now. The tech destroyed the interior and exterior of my vehicle. I’m talking interior trim damage all along where it meets the windshield, plastic shavings everywhere, paint damage, missing pieces, damaged pieces, pieces reinstalled incorrectly or not at all, gaps in molding, the works. This poses a huge safety concern and could lead to water damage of it rains. Working on getting them to review and pay for results now. Will update review accordingly.Update: They came out over a week ago to look at the damage and stated the shop manager would be calling us to move forward with getting it repaired. I’ve emailed them three times since, no reply. I call, and I get disconnected because “no one is available.” The owner commented on my response below, but they are already aware of all this and have not contacted me despite multiple requests. There is no phone number for the local shop. Terrible customer service from this local branch so far.
