Absolute horrible disgrace to the optical profession. They are rude, uncaring and don’t want your business. They would not answer my question if the state employees EyeMed insurance is covered. And after raising my concern, they were flippant about it. Avoid this place at all costs.

Poor customer service in the eye doctor’s office. Does not care about the customer.. Insurance was baffled at the lack of effort to file a claim. Doctor is great but office not so much. Will find a professional. .

I ordered baby shark cup cakes and small cake for my child’s 2nd Birthday. We ordered it over a week ahead of time. We go to pick it up and they give us plain cupcakes and a cake with no decorations. They say whoever took our order did not write down baby shark. They aren’t willing to do anything to fix the situation besides sell us the plain cupcakes and cake. Absolutely ridiculous and upsetting. Will never be ordering cake or cupcakes from here again.

Recently joined the club. I have made several trips in such a short time, LOL. There are so many deals and fun stuff to be had. Gas prices are much better than a regular gas station too. So, from the friendly lady that signed me up, the jewelry lady (TY), to the gentlemen preparing the delicious roasted chicken then all way to the Snack bar. Great staff and service! Thank you to all.

Thank you DJ and Merlin for going “above and beyond” in your customer service. I’ve purchased expensive glasses from doctor’s office and couldn’t get proper adjustments. You two at Sam’s helped me order new glasses, and pleasantly assisted me throughout the process. Thank you for your kind and positive service.

I made a simple call into sams club optical and there reptionist was not willing to help sort out an issue. Very short and unhelpful. I quickly got help from the folks selling the lenses and glasses. I would never use Sams club optical for lack of confidence. Sams club should pay attention as customers could get frustrated with the entire experience.

This place keeps profiling people it's disappointing and disgusting! Never thought I would had to get like this but you know what too much is too much I did not transfer my items from one cart to another! I truthfully never do but yet there's always someone standing in front of me watching me which I understand it is your job to watch but I've been singled out multiple times I will start recording myself as I shop

i wanted to buy 8 lbs of chuck meat cut in 2" pieces. I had made this order for several years. Now the meat department tells me they cannot cut it unless I bought 16lbs. No explanation why and not even saying I'm sorry but cannot take your request. I walked out of store and went straight to Publix where I was greeted with a hearty "absolutely "! And the meat mgr. stopped what he was doing to cut it for me. No personality or personal touch at Sam's. I'm taking my business to Publix.
