Inconsistent sampling hours. We went there two days ago and noticed two stations handed out samples for less about 20 minutes and they stopped handing out samples disregard there are still a lot of sample left. This had happened multiple times on different days. It's time to get my Costco membership!

EVERYTIME WE COME HERE AND HAVE TO GO TO THE RESTROOMS. THEY ARE TERRIBLE! TODAY DISGUSTING! ALWAYS TOILET PAPER ALL OVER THE FLOOR. TOILETS NEVER FLUSHED. THE PERSON NEEDS TO COME IN EVERY HOUR OR SO AND CHECK. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

Love sams club, but the lady at the front discriminated us and a family of mexicans. She let everyone pass who was white but scanned me and my husbands receipt (we only had three items) . Literally let 5-7 people infront of us go but stopped us. Just felt racially discriminated. They need to change that, or other people will also complain. Today 2-20-25, at 6pm

I used to enjoy coming here occasionally with my wife. This past week, I went without her. Unfortunately, I forgot to grab her card; so she sent me a screenshot of the card so I could get what we needed and get out of Dodge. While checking out, an employee reprimanded me; told me I had to go to customer service to obtain a temporary card. I seriously don’t understand what the problem was, but I certainly wasn’t about to jump through a bunch of hoops just to obtain permission to check out. Will I be back? Maybe. Will we have to have a serious conversation before considering renewal of our membership? Absolutely. Personally, I’d rather not go back.

Only shop at Sam's Club once a year. In that cost me a $100 to just do what yo hear a thing. And when you go there and eat but one check out. Where you can ride a check and don't mind. It's always far away and your feet hurt from working all day. It aint worth it. That manager just walked around 12 to keys. Why can't she work?

I spend so much money trying to get out of this store and the ladies need help getting checked people out and management is not helping they just stand there and look at the line get bigger and bigger nobody gets helps one another I want to cancel my membership I'll go to Costco I've been a member of Sam's for a long time now I'm ready to cancel.

I enjoy shopping at Sam’s Club and realize it will be busy on a Saturday. HOWEVER, to have only one register open in an effort to force people to self checkout or do scan and go is despicable. Just another example of the greed in corporate America!!!
