I can’t say enough about the staff and management at this carwash. I choose this carwash because it has an undercarriage wash!! It cleaned great and the vacuum cleaner really is very powerful. When I got ready to leave I couldn’t find my keys. The manager and staff helped me search tirelessly. I had already checked the trash can I used. When the manager looked too it already had a clean trash bag. I had an appointment in Morganton so my boyfriend brought me my extra key fob and when I left my display read key fob left behind. When I got out of my appointment I called back to the car wash and the manager had found my keys. She looked back on the video camera and sure enough I had thrown them in the trash and when it got changed it went into the dumpster.i will always be grateful for Kat the manager going above and beyond in customer service for helping me search and finally retrieving my key fob, house, and business keys! I drove back to hickory with a relief and in a very clean car too! You can’t find customer service like this anymore or a clean vehicle! Again, thank you so much, Kat!!

Went to my go to car wash on 07 July after pummeling the front end of my car over the long weekend with bug-mageddon. I was floored when Thomas totally removed the carnage with a quick and efficient prewash before running through the car wash. Cut my detail time literally in half. His energetic customer service was outstanding, which is something I find rare these days. Make this guy a manager at a minimum. Thanks!

I love this car wash. The people working there are generally nice and helpful. They have many bays, powerful vacuums, microfiber towels to dry your car as well as window cleaner. In case you need it, there are restrooms and vending machines inside. For someone that commutes a lot and gets a dirty car quick, the price is well worth it.

Fairly nice but some of us would like the opportunity to use vacuuming without washing. I hand wash my car, but a $5 vacuum would be awesome.
