The only sheetz that I'll never order food from again.. bought food and a drink for lunch n spent about $30.. bread wasn't toasted when I asked for it n I was charged extra for pepperjack cheese that never made it onto my sandwich.. I asked for it toasted also and everything was cold n wasn't even Luke warm... this was a 2nd attempt at this location cause last time I ate a sandwich from this location I got sick... terrible location to order food from

Stopped in to grab some food for the road and I am overcharged for the smallest burrito I have ever seen. It looked like it was made for a toddler and it was all tortilla. Refused to fix the order and then proceeded to ignore me.

Very rude customer service, both cashiers acted like I was a bother, when all I went in for was to get gas. Seriously Sheetz get it together!!!!

Most of the time, I'm just getting gas and leaving. Today I need to air up a tire on my car and instead of putting air in, the air chuck was letting more out. Now I've had to call for roadside service.

Normally this place is good but tonight aug 31 at 2100 it was sorely lacking. Almost every stall in the ladies room was out of toilet paper and the cashier at the register was extremely rude she was blatantly obvious about not liking her job

This store is always filthy. The drink fountain area is absolutely grotesque. On numerous occasions my feet literally stuck to the floor. The soda fountain is disgusting I wouldn't get a drink there if you paid me a million $

Ordered a 3 pack slider when I got my order the sliders where cold and not cooked (meat was still grey colored) went back in to ask them to remake em staff was very nasty so I asked to speak to a manager she told me it wasn’t there problems that they where busy very displeased with this sheetz and will be reaching out to there corporate office

Very disappointed. We spend money here and sit outside and they try to run us off. We get gas here and get food and drinks everytime we come here. Very very rude. We aren’t just hanging out we come here to eat and get food! Calling corporate is our next choice. This is uncalled for!

This is absolutely the most filthy, disgusting Sheetz I have been to in a very long time. We stop here a lot as this is the halfway point between Charlotte and Asheville and we supercharge at the Tesla Superchargers. The bathrooms in this store are absolutely disgusting and there are always methheads and drug addicts shooting up either in the trees behind the store or in the back behind the dumpsters. The mens bathroom has caked urine on the urinals, dirty walls, trash everywhere, the sinks and counters are nasty and there is never any toilet paper in either the womens or mens bathroom stalls. You should be ashamed to have the Sheetz brand on this store.

The loud music at night is really horrible for me as a truck driver who needed a quiet night sleep. I called the store and was informed the volume was set by corporate and also controlled by corporate. Please allow the store clerks access to the volume control.. The music selection is also really poor.. A big shame on you!!!

Sheetz is very casual, but the lunch was excellent. It was clean and the staff were friendly and welcomed our 18 month old.
