Absolute worst Sheetz in the hickory area. Disgusting inside. Not to mention you try to get coffee and the creamers are always empty. Place is a mess

The milkshake machine is always disgusting. The fountain drink area is usually covered in trash with a sticky floor.
They got rid of the soft serve machine, the real pizza, fresh donuts and multiple actual good items they offered on the menu. The restrooms are frequently as gross as the fountain drink area.
I remember when getting a Sheetz in hickory was exciting. Now I wish we’d get a Wawa or something since nobody wants a nasty flatbread “pizza”.

Always out of lids - or they don’t restock. You spend $11 here for what you’d spend $9 at circle k for. When you ask about lids, staff looks at you like you’re crazy. This is the worst Sheetz location - I won’t be returning to any of your locations as sheetz seems to be losing in the market and going down hill as it is anyway. Don’t bother responding with “we’ll pass this information along” as I know that means it’s simply ignored. I’ll be passing my experience along instead. Bye Sheetz 👏🏻👏🏻

I just want to give a shout out to the Springs Road location and the way they have handled the Hurricane Helene aftermath. They have been extremely busy and are working as hard as they can to make sure the customers are cared for in a timely manner. A little bit of patience goes a long way in times like these.

The cashier totally ignored me through the drive through. I asked for ice on top of my purchase, which is free with purchase, she charged me for it also giving the wrong ice I asked for. Then proceed to use my points without even asking me if I wanted to. Very disappointed in customer service

I would rate this store a 0 but unfortunately you can’t. 20 weeks pregnant and just wanting the food I ordered took 3 times to get. I said my order number to the sales person and they handed me my order along with my friend, because we ordered together. My friend got the right order. To sum everything up, I had to go back inside to get the right order I handed them the food, said my food order again and they gave the same food that was wrong in the beginning. Got blamed and yelled at for getting the wrong food. Not sure who the employee was but she was a lightskin wo man with short blonde hair. Telling me I was in the wrong. When I just wanted the food that I paid for. Don’t remember this Sheetz being the rude.

The employees of the night shift treat badly apparently they are under the influence of some drug they do not pay attention to what they do they take too long to attend to you I do not recommend this place at all

If I could post a photo of it, I would. You know what's crazy? Paying .65 extra for dark chocolate & then NEVER getting it. It's like this any time I pay extra for a topping, I don't get it 🙄.

Don’t think I’ve ever seen such incompetence in fast food. They simply can’t get an order correct, even the second time around. It was an appetizer sampler which is about as uncomplicated as it gets. Mgmt is rude and acts like she can’t be bothered when she is the one that made the mistake. Twice. First and last time here.

It really doesn't matter what time you go to this store, it's awful. The food is never made correctly & you can be the only one in the store or drive thru and you'll still have to wait 30 minutes.
Every time you pull up to the drive thru, they act confused. You can tell them your order and they'll read it back to you and still seem confused about what your order is. They'll hand you drinks from your order and then disappear and come back 20 minutes later asking what you need and act surprised you're still waiting on half your food.
I go out of my way to the one on Fairgrove just to avoid this one.

The absolute worst 3rd shift crew. id put 0 stars if it were a option. over 20 minutes for a simple app sampler, and it was due to no one putting it in the bag and walking it to the other counter

Why’s gas 0.34 cents more here than the one down the road, why do you have no rewards cards? Why is 2 small Red Bulls $6.
