Pretty simple review because it's a gas station. Only criteria is my card not getting cloned and be open. Problem is their hours changed a while back, they open at five, except they don't lol. I leave for work and pass @ 520 every morning trying to stop inside. They're open about 65% of the time which really sucks when you need caffeine or gas

I always liked shell, even have friends and family who work or worked for them. The biggest problem is the management not treating their employees right. really disappointing, especially the store in hickory, nc on lenoir rhyne blvd. has some great employees and then the manager has no respect for them. I'm just not going to that store anymore. maybe get new management.

I called the gas station because I lost 2 receipts for a business transactions when I was on a trip last week and needed them for work. I called and Darlene the manager was able to help me send them to my email today. She was able to work it out and able to send both copies of receipts to me through email real quick! I never expected to be that quick! Fantastic Customer Service!!!
