Hands down best place to go if you need new shoes!! Annette and Hayley both were ready to help my wife and daughter find the best fitted shoes no matter how many they said no too. They were both happy and cared about helping us! 10/10 Recommend this store! Thanks Annette! My wife and daughter LOVES their new shoes!

I bought a pair of black heel dress shoes for my daughter to wear in a pageant, purchased on Friday evening. My daughter wore them on Saturday for less than an hour and the strap broke. I returned on Monday with the box, receipt, and shoes and was told no refund could be given nor a replacement pair.
Unacceptable customer service, no attempt to get a manager or escalate the situation. The young man working said the shoes were worn and could not be returned. I explained the strap broke after an hour of use. If you are going to sell a product, you should stand by it holding up more than 1 hour.
I told the young man throw the shoes, box, and receipt away. I have no use for a pair of shoes with a broken strap.
I will not shop at shoe encore again. Unacceptable!

Web site says they open at 10:00 am. Drove 30 miles to pickup a pair of shoes they were holding and when I arrived the sign showed their hours 11:00.

A large selection of shoes in all sizes for all ages. They are a little more expensive than they used to be. Prices are comparable to other places.

Shoes, shoes, shoes! Gotta love this store! There are plenty of women's and children's sizes to fit most everyone and what was a total surprise there was a wide variety of men's shoes from sneakers to boots for most occasions and in my size and best yet, my preferred 4E width. Usually in orher stores, I find a small selection to choose or shall I say settle on but not here. We traveled all throughout the mall casually looking at prices to assure myself I received the best deal and I did hands down. I would recommend you stop by and check them out as I did, you will be happy you did! I have many other Google reviews from my travels that you may find informative, just click the follow and maybe they can help you decide on your next adventure.
