My F-350 broke down a mile away from Snider Fleet. Called and Dean came out and had me back on the road in an hour. Excellent service from Dean and the Snider team.

Terrible customer service!!! Spend 1,000's of dollars each month with this company and Luke, the manager, just told me to take my business elsewhere-which I will do once again after leaving once before because of the same type of negative customer service. All because I questioned an invoice where the directional tires on a truck were installed improperly. No worries- I want be back and I'll spread the word about the deplorable treatment I have received from someone in a management position!

Five stars as of now. Not driving the truck they repaired for us yet. Got our truck in and out in half the time as other shops. Dude working on our truck was very friendly and easy going. Hate that I'm bad with remembering names. Will update if truck falls apart
