I love this Spa! I feel absolutely spoiled when I come in to work out on new equipment that has handy details about how to use it properly, separate locker rooms, a ladies only section, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and pool. They even have water weights, which I didn't even know was a thing!I feel good when I walk out, and I'm seeing improvement in my over all health. The employers are always incredibly helpful, and the other people working out are friendly. If you're looking for a new gym, then give this a shot. Yes, you have to sign a contract, but you also get a week to try it out. There is an extra charge in June, which other reviewers have mentioned, but you are informed of this upfront when you sign the contract. And it's totally worth it, because in the three years I've been coming, I can clearly see how the money is being invested back into the spa. They've changed out a lot of the aging equipment with new versions, the pool and hot tubs have had the bottoms redone, there's new lighting in the steam room and sauna, and so much more. This isn't some gym franchise that promises results and then lets the facilities age as they focus on opening new sites. They really care, and it shows.

Best gym in my area! Only downside is the people ages 50 and up don’t know how to cover

This place has been a joke. It's closed on Sunday. The lady at the desk it obnoxious. Loud, makes a scene every time you walk in the door. Knows your name but calls you by the wrong name cause she thinks it's funny. After 2 months. The pool water ain't tested, just chemicals dumped in. Old equipment. The trainer (older lady, short, curly hair, blonde) are rude if you ask her a question. Makes you sign a contract that no other gym has any more. There's so many gyms out there cheaper and better than this one

Woke up this morning to a $80 charge from this gym. I was told this is a maintenance fee on top of my membership. Never will I ever choose to pay $80 for one month of membership I’m calling my card and cancelling.

Over the years I have been a member to several different gyms. And even though they did serve the purpose of providing what I wanted or needed at that time I just felt it wasn’t enough for me or belonged UNTIL I walked In the doors of SPA ATHLETICS. When I learned they had a pool and water aerobics class I WAS IN. This place and the POOL SAVED my life. The pool allowed me to do exercises that I wasn’t able to do without any pain and help me get my health under control(diabetes). If anyone that wants a gym that will have a staff that puts your health and well being first and treats you with respect and kindness SPA ATHLETICS is the place.

I appreciate that there is a workout room specifically for women only. The staff makes you feel like family. And for parents of preschoolers, they have childcare.

The people there are so prejudiced it'spitiful!! We were members there foryears before Covid and just recentlyrejoined. Now I am not one to play therace card, but it's really ridiculous theway we've been treated since we'vestarted back. We have a family plan. It'smy husband, our grandsons, 10&14, andmyself. My husband and oldestgrandson work out with weights whilemy younger grandson and I do waterworkout. EVERY SINGLE TIME we gonow we are literally baby sat.Kelli follows us around like a lost puppy. In the pool my grandson and I swim and exercise. But because of this one person who I was told not to splash in the pool ?. I was told she was a regular avid swimmer there. Who every time we are there, we were told she’s constantly texting her niece telling her how uncomfortable she is with us there. Oh yeah, my grandsons are biracial. And my husband is black. We are constantly watched, stood over, told not to splash, that we couldn’t use the the foam weights or pool noodles. I’m sorry, WTH is the pool for then?! My husband went last night with the boys and Kelli started reprimanding him because the boys splashed as they swam on Saturday ???. I was with them the WHOLE TIME!! I watched as others dived in, splashed more than us and played around but nothing was said to them. She literally stands over my shoulder the whole time. Way to lose our business. We will not continue to put up with your prejudice ways!!
