If this is your process of helping customers at your store then you absolutely need more employees working. I’m sitting here for over an hour now with a room full of customers and only 2 people assisting us. Get your crap together. We have better things to do than sit in your store all day!!

What a joke of a company. Internet was out for a month due to Hurricane Helene. I paid my bills on time. Called spectrum and asked for a bill credit. They said no problem, it will take 2-3 billing cycles. I waited and waited and waited. Never received a bill credit. Had to file FCC complaint. They are offering me credit for 2 days. Say there systems are can't see back that far. What?!?! I called about the credit as soon as my services were restored and was told it could take a few months. They probably wonder why they have horrible reviews....

Terrible customer service. I’m just dropping off equipment and there’s an available employee and she won’t even do her job, refusing to take the equipment saying it “not a drop off location” and YET says I have to continue to wait after it’s been an unnecessary amount of time, so I can do the drop off??? Either it IS or ISNT a drop off location she’s standing there doing nothing bc while the rest are slow at least they’re working. In fact there’s plenty of employees and yet it’s taking 2 at one station to handle a bill dispute with a woman and it’s not even that complicated, the rest have spent well over 15 minutes with the ppl I front of them bc they’re spending more time trying to sell than just get ppl in and out and handle the issue at hand. I’ve got my account numbers and all and just want to drop off THEIR equipment, shouldn’t be standing here for 40++ minutes, management needs to train these ppl better

I just called and spoke to a customer service rep. about why my bill went up $27 dollars. She explained that I was getting a promotional rate and the rate expired. She was very rude and hung up on me. I couldn't believe that it happened so I called back. I reached another customer service rep. and I told her what happened. She apologized for the previous hang up. I told her I was retired and it was hard to make payments around $200.00 for TV and the Internet of $87.99. I told her I could go to Metonet and get my Internet for less. She told me to go right ahead and do what I needed to do that they wouldn't go out of business because of me. This is very true, but that's not how you treat a customer that has been with Spectrum for many many years. Tell all of your customers that and see how long you will stay in business.

Hahaha what a joke! Stopped by on my lunch break to return an old modem, oh you've got to sign in and wait in line behind a dozen other people who are there for cell phone related issues. Absurd!
Separate your cellular business from your residential TV and internet business. Staff accordingly. Heaven knows I pay enough for monthly service. Hire some more people! It should have taken no more than 5 minutes to drop off the equipment and be back out the door.

If you don't believe time stands still, stop by this place. 2 employees working one lane. Another employee very slow. And a 4th person comes out and then goes back behind the iron curtain. Ugh!

DO NOT deal with Spectrum Mobile...I would give negative stars if it allowed...they will not help you in any way.....I was deceived by a representative in regards to my mobile bill/ promotion. being charged for a phone I sent back to them courteous of one of there reps send me a prepaid packing labeled. Now they expect me to pay for a phone i dont have nor used and will not look into what rep I dealt with that is responsible for this. They will not try to help you, make you jump through hoops, do not care about loyalty or their customers...this review is for Spectrum Mobile Support

Waited over an hour to return equipment and I had to leave. These employees do not respect your time and do not have any sense of urgency whatsoever. One of the two lazy employees stood and played on their personal cell phone the ENTIRE time I was in the store. This same employee was short, rude and disrespectful. If my home had any other feasible internet service available we would DEFINITELY not use spectrum. Terrible customer service and even worse home internet infrastructure.

The Internet they provide is a joke. Constantly cutting out. Always buffering and it's slow constantly. They stop caring since they're the only Internet provider around my area so they always think they can get away with anything
