Can't say I have enjoyed my short stint with T-Mobile as a whole. However, Shaqwareya, at this particular store, is the kindest person I've ever had the pleasure to be helped by in any phone store. She really listened when the customer service call center was unhelpful. She's the one the five stars are for.

Just had the experience of dealing with Iris at this location. Firstly she had an attitude off the get go, got super condescending, and acted like we were stupid for asking follow up questions that she was vaguely explaining just to confirm that we were connecting the dots. I would be embarrassed to have her as an employee to represent your company, and even more disappointed to have to work with her from a customer standpoint. Outright embarrassing for T-Mobile

Workers here have absolutely zero clue as to what they are doing. If you have any billing concerns just call customer service because they cannot help you in store. Pretty useless.

Be forwarned about T-Mobile in Forest City NC. I went in to sign up for home Internet and pick up a receiver/router and was told " just take it home and plug it in" . Next day I tried to set it up but had nothing but trouble. Tried calling Forest City store they told me call T-Mobile customer service. Spent an hour on phone with foreigner who tells me I need to return to store I bought from since they could not get my system set up correct must be defective . I then called Forest City store and I was told to request a return label be mailed to me to ship it to main company. They refused to service or exchange it stating that they are not a company store but a third party retailer ( franchise?). By that point I am so dissatisfied they can not service and refused to exchange, so I told them If they can not exchange it I will just return it to their store and get a refund.They then told me they can not accept returns I need to call company customer service and request a return authorization label and ship it to them. THE RECEIPT THEY PRINTED FOR ME STATES IF PURCHASED IN STORE I HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN TO SAME STORE !How can they refuse a return legally when receipt states 14 day return policy?I called a T-Mobile store in Asheville and they told me even a franchise must exchange or return.. They offered to help and after having to drive over an hour into Asheville they exchanged unit for me and helped get everything set up and no charge and no problems.Please do not try to do business with Forest City franchise but call a store that is staffed by T-Mobile employees.....

It never fails the employee at this particular TMOBILE carry a sense of entitlement. They are arrogant this has been true for years. It's not one employee it's ALL of them. It's like they are trained to be and act this way. It's God awefull. Never fails. I hate going there. I go only if I have to, and it's never a good experience. What's funny? I work with Dr's. Dentists, attorneys, and judges that aren't as arrogant. So I suggest they shake the errogance out.

In short terms, bad customer service they only care about making money. The is good thing about T-mobile is the line that’s it. Never going back to T-mobile again.

I just left two very friendly, helpful young ladies at T Mobile on Catawba Blvd, Hickory! I am a senior citizen and am not tech savvy when it comes to our latest gadgets. I went into T-Mobile looking for a new internet provider. Chelsea and Paola very extremely helpful. They guided me through the whole process. They downloaded the appropriate mobile app, set me up with everything I need at home, all the while making me feel I was in good hands!

Quick in and out. Got the wireless internet and so far is excellent. After several months with the device, I am now being told that I can't use a credit card to get the $5 discount on Autopay, they are saying now that I have to use a debit card. So now they are charging me $55 on Autopay with a credit card.

Had my work phone on T-Mobile with just one line so I wanted to switch my personal and my dads phone over they added the two line I wanted plus two more without my permission so I called customer support they canceled them but said how they did it I’m going to have to pay for my 3rd line now which was promised free

It is lunch time and they only have 1 person on sales floor. We can hear people talking in the back but not a soul is coming out to offer help. The guy on the floor is doing the best he can but there are 4 people waiting. Management should be out helping!

0 Stars for TMobile in general. BAIT AND SWITCH! If you go in to sign up for anything there - get it in writing so that you have proof of what you are promised when they turn around and screw you.I had done my research, calls to TMobile and chats on their website. I confirmed with each one, and then again with the sales person (and another sales person in the store), that I would be getting the promotion of one free line with two when we switched from Verizon to TMobile. With the the free line, the cost would be less than we were then paying for Verizon and we were ready for a change. The sales person told me that the promotion might not show on the first couple bills, but it would come. When it wasn't deducted from the second bill, I called customer service and they apologized, giving me the credit for both months and saying that the promotion would be applied going forward.Now, six month later, after making that same phone call each month and getting the credit and the promise of the promotion being applied, this time when I called I'm told that the promotion didn't apply to the plan I have and that they would no longer give me the credit each month.I went in to the Hickory store yesterday and spoke with the same salesperson, she got on the phone with their customer service and then she kindly told me that the promotion didn't apply to the plan we had. I stressed to her that everyone had confirmed the costs when I was signing up, including her and she blank faced and told me that I had 30 days to dispute a bill... So that's why they gave me the credits, now I have no recourse. Nothing could be done to get my bills to what had been promised to me. Now I'm paying more than I was at Verizon and NOT happy with TMobile.
