Awful, awful, awful customer service. As an ASID interior designer, I used this company in the past and was satisfied. However, that was when they had local representatives who could help through any issues. Now, despite dealing with the President of the Company, Jobie Redmond, I am going to have to institute a lawsuit against them. The workmanship on the chairs that I ordered was so bad that my shipping company called me upon receipt of the chairs and said that I wouldn't be satisfied. I couldn't possibly present the chairs to my clients. Apparently, according to my local upholsterer, TCS cut and installed the fabric incorrectly so that it is ruined. They will not replace the fabric, or refund my money on the chairs or the fabric. They promised to fix the chairs. I waited for over a month for the chairs to be picked up, and a delivery truck never showed up despite my calls. I am now having to buy new fabric and have the chairs upholstered locally, at a cost of more than $4,000. After receiving a FedEx letter from my attorney to Mr. Redmond, he didn't even bother responding. If you are a designer and expect customer service from this company, I warn you in advance to STAY AWAY. Find another company that will provide a good product WITH good customer service. Otherwise, you may be paying out real $$$$ to satisfy your clients and protect your reputation, like I have had to do.
