If I could give this pharmacy 100 stars I would. I had been calling absolutely everywhere looking for anywhere to make my sons prescription a few days after hurricane helene hit WNC, and they were the only ones to not only make it for us, but give it to us at no cost. I can’t remember the pharmacists name, but she is an absolute angel. She was a beacon of hope for me in such a tough time.

Years ago when my Wife and I began using this pharmacy service was good. Unfortunately that has changed. Service is slow,pricing high and I received an order I cancelled a week prior. They charged the credit card I asked them to remove from their system earlier. To be safe I cancelled my card and contested the charge. I contacted the pharmacy and they requested I mail the prescription back, which I did but got stuck paying the return charge. We cannot recommend this business anymore.

I love this pharmacy. Have been using them to compound my dog’s medicines for about two years. They are very quick to respond and they mail it out. Pretty sure it is still cheaper than going somewhere else. If you have a dog that doesn’t do pills very well, this is definitely the route to take.

Our vet called in a compound prescription for our cat. We were charged $267, however we found another compound pharmacy that could make it for only $60. When we asked why they charged so much, we couldn't get an answer other than "that is how much we charge." Ridiculous!

The technicians and pharmacists at Compounding Pharmacy in Hickory, NC, are absolutely awesome. They took care of the Covid meds prescribed through Frontline MD and shipped them to us quickly, aiding us in our recovery. It's hard to find professionalism, efficiency, AND compassion all in one place, but you will find it here. Ever grateful for this place and the people who staff it. May God bless you abundantly.
