I didn’t use Hickory wrecker service, but I just called them to pick up my son on the side of the road, and he was scheduling a pick up… but then he offered me a suggestion of wrecker service that might be much cheaper based on where my son was sitting. I thought that was amazing of him to think to do that. I’ll for sure call them again next time we need a tow. You don’t see that kind of thoughtfulness out of businesses much anymore.”

“They were the only ones that would come out early in the morning faster to help get my mom’s car unlocked. They arrived within 30 minutes when the other towing services I called wouldn’t have been here until hours. The only issue I had with them was the pricing. I mean I get it, they need to make profit somehow but $85 just to manually unlock a car door is a bit steep on cost but I’m just grateful they could make it as quick as they could considering my mom’s car was running too.”

I knew what needed fixed and talked to several different places all trying to upsell me rather than fix what was broken. Transpecialists Ordered my part, fixed it and had me back on the road in no time. They were patient and fair in their pricing. I would recommend them 1000X over !!”
