Avoid this company if you want to finish your project on time. They knew exactly what appliances I already purchase months in advance. During planning, an employee said the microwave may not fit the island and will contact me if they find that it won't fit. They didn't contact regarding the microwave. They order and install the cabinets. When I look at the microwave, I measure it and it was too small to fit the already purchase microwave. At the end I had to get a new microwave. They also extra cut holes for the pipe on the bottom of the cabinet in several areas. They didn't replace or repair. Measure twice and cut once should have been the rule. They didn't even fix it. They always gave an excuse they are in the works of fixing the issue for months. When they attempt to fix the issues, they made it worst. It look like a kid when crazy with the caulk gun and got paint on my floors. I wasn't even able to open my new microwave door. At the end they didn't fix it, someone had to come and rip out their mess and fix it. Horrible company. Will never use again. They also cause me months of delay.Services: Cabinet design

We are so pleased with the kitchen True Cabinet designed and installed for us! Beginning with Jeff as owner, who is extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice for the whole project. He really was instrumental in us choosing them as the company we wanted to work with on our kitchen remodel.Then Jodi as designer, took our wants and desires, offered helpful tips and ideas along the way, and patiently worked with us when we second-guessed ourselves, to produce a design that couldn't be better!Lastly, Jason as lead installer made everything work and look terrific! His attention to detail and thoroughness, along with his professional attitude was the icing on the cake!They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, in a very professional manner. My wife and I couldn't be happier and both agree that you won't find a better company to deal with on a project like this. We highly recommend them!Service: Custom cabinet design & installation

The selection of quartz and backsplash tile is wonderful. The crews are great. Our sales person was very helpful and she was always available. Our only issue was that we didn’t work with a contractor so things didn’t go as smoothly because we didn’t know what to ask or how to schedule things in the correct order, communication could have been better. But everything is done and absolutely beautiful!Service: Installation

The company is local in Hickory. They were very professional from first meeting through finished installation.Working with Devon on design in their store was great. Examples of items I wanted as well as material and color options were there for me to see first hand. Their facility is set up with various room demos so you can judge decisions based on materials not just pictures.They were very aware of my budget restraints and very helpful showing me various options and showing advantages/disadvantages of all pieces. They finished by showing me a layout on computer where we could make changes and see pricing as we worked.Would recommend them without hesitation.Service: Closet design

Everyone was so helpful from choosing colors and style. Amy was very helpful in guiding us through the complete process of picking tiles both for showers and flooring. Within three hours of my initial contact, where I told Devin what I needed and envisioned, I had a drawing and a quote. Measurements were made in a couple of days, and the full wall-size cabinets, shelves, and drawers for my basement were installed three to four weeks later. They matched the top molding perfectly to the molding that was in my room—the cabinets look they have always been there! The communication was great. I highly recommend True Cabinet.

My wife and I recently worked with Jeff and his team through our contractor during the renovation of our home. From design to installation the True Cabinet team constantly over performed and provided great customer service. Stefee provided a design that worked with the space in a timely manner and held our hands multiple times through product selection making sure we stayed in budget. Each time we met at their store I was amazed by what I would consider the best showroom in the area. The lead times were great and once the cabinets arrived Jason and his team installed the cabinets with expert craftsmanship while leaving the space spotless. Since the installation True Cabinet sent the installation crew back out for a final adjustment after we loaded down the cabinets and once again they exceeded expectations. The team at True Cabinet has a passion for what they do and when you add their outstanding customer service and expertise you end up with a company that is worth spending time to write a review.
