I ordered a rifle around a year ago and have received no update as to the status of my order. I don't mind waiting, but it is inexcusable to continue taking orders despite not having the ability to keep up and then ignore customers when requested. I would suggest you all file a small-claims case against him, as I am attempting to do now.

Travis Turner stole my money. Like many other people, I ordered a set of HESCO L210s and he never shipped them, refused to refund my $ and totally ignored my calls/emails for 2 years.

Ordered a pair of Hesco plates in the fall of 2020. Never received the plates or any updates on my order but I was finally able to get ahold of someone today. My order has been refunded completely. Not the best experience but I was able to get all my issues resolved which in the end made me happy. Although it may not seem like it, the company is doing its best to take care of its customers.

Spent $1000 with this company during Covid on one order due to recommendations from like-minded individuals. Travis Turner never delivered the products and blatantly lied about shipping products until he closed his business and website. He is a thief and cannot be trusted.

I ordered Hesco 4401's on 7/19/21. I've sent dozens of emails, called (mailbox full, probably with people wondering where their stuff is), posted on his FB page, and FB messaged him with only one response to update my shipping address. Other than that silence. I don't know what you 4/5 star folks are talking about he's a good dude that's just backed up. Don't take that much work and a little communication wouldn't hurt either. I just want my money back, but with no communication, I doubt that will happen. IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU DIE, ORDER THEM FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Ordered hesco L210s back during November of 2020. Quotes lead time was 14 weeks. I have received no update and no response to my emails. I don't expect I'll probably ever receive my product or a refund. Buyer beware.Edit: 8/23/22Still no response from company the company

Will not be ordering from here again. It has been 8 months since placing my order for Hesco L210s, which is almost 3 times as long as they say on their site. I understand there is a very high demand for Hescos but I would rather the site say "out of stock" and stay that way than have my card be charged with no updates. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone to talk to and the only response I have been given is that there is nothing they can do.It has been a couple of months since my review and still nothing. I've read through the reviews and have seen that some people are able to get a hold of Travis, some people have gotten refunds, and some people (like me) are still waiting for a response. I do not doubt that there is great customer service here but I have yet to experience any communication at all. I have read that there is a weird situation going on but waiting for more than a year, not just for the order, but even for a response is a little excessive. All I want is just some form of communication, which I do not believe is a lot to ask for considering I am out $350, I am more than willing to edit this review. Order #3471

FINAL EDIT:I've spoken with Travis a few times now and have received the upper I ordered. It took about a year but its by far the best AR I own, my only regret is not having him build the entire thing, I know my lower is holding it back a bit. At the end of the day when you order steak you wait for a steak, if you want fast food that option is out there as well and Turner isn't your guy.IF you have have time to wait but are still on the fence, call him, the number listed is his there's no middleman.Great dude and a great product.Still waiting for an "in-stock" upper I purchased Aug 2020. No reply when when I asked for an update via email and the voicemail was full. Disappointed it's come to this comment but maybe they'll notice finally.Edit: Travis did notice this comment and reached out via phone. Unfortunately he couldn't offer a timeline for delivery even though he confirmed the parts were in his possession. Sounds like a good guy who is trying to keep his local customers happy while possibly neglecting the internet sales. I hope he finds the help he needs to get the paid orders out the door. Will update if/when anything changes.

I’ve bought an upper and a lower from Travis. Amazing quality and amazing customer service. Yes, I waited, but that isn’t unusual for this type of purchase from an artisan. Those of us within the community know how long these processes can take and how COVID affected supply chains and the final delivery date. Travis has even fixed my lower FOR FREE when another gunsmith damaged it. On top of that, he offered to replace the lower for me if he couldn’t repair the damage and return the lower to 100% functionality. Outstanding rifles and an outstanding human. I literally can’t wait until my next purchase from Turner.

I guess he’s just stealing at this point. Ordered an AR 15 off of him back in June of 2020. Still have yet to receive it. Heard from him one time about a year and a half ago saying it’d be shipped in 8-10 weeks. Never received it and haven’t heard from him since. Worst 1750 bucks I ever “spent”..

I ordered Hesco L210 plates in April 2021 expecting a long wait time. When they had not arrived after a year I contacted Turner Armament. It took a while for Travis to respond regarding my order but when he did he explained his situation, apologized profusely for not providing good customer service, and promptly refunded my money. He said he has a list of several hundred people he needs to get back to and is calling them individually to sort things out.Despite his past failings, it seems Travis is genuinely attempting to make things right. I appreciate his candidness and hope everyone else is able to resolve their issues, as well.

Ordered a rifle on Jan 6th 2021. Had some limited communication with Travis initially over the next couple months and he was very assured that things were moving along. After a full year had gone by, I asked to cancel the order and he never responded. Burned me for almost $2,000Edit: As of May 2022, after many attempts on my behalf to contact Turner Armament, Mr. Turner has contacted me. He was sincerely apologetic and realized that he handled this flood of orders in arguably the worst way possible. I received a shipping confirmation and will be picking up my firearm next week. I hope what he's telling me is true and other customers begin receiving their orders or refunds.

Placed an order in Oct '20 on an item marked in stock and ready to ship. Reached out several times over email looking for an update and later a refund, never getting any response from the company. I was understanding about delays and accepted that even in good times I'd be waiting, though that has since eroded and I now believe that I will not be seeing my money nor the upper. I am baffled by other reviews shifting fault on the consumers, saying that "if you want an inferior product right now, go to a big box store". I have watched several sole proprietors assemble, test, and deliver hundreds of complete rifles and uppers in the time I've been waiting. Even a suppressor manufacturer, whom started up and has released multiple product lines, which are already in customers' hands pre-eForm 4, in the time that I've been waiting for a pretty standard configuration of upper.

Travis is a one man band, he works hard to make the perfect rifle. In the current manufacturing and logistics climate, this is almost impossible. He’s not S&W or some other company with a giant factory and thousands of employees. What he is, is hard working, and an expert at his craft. If you want a gun right this second for no money, I recommend your nearest big box store. If you want the best AR money can buy, and you don’t mind a reasonable wait for it, Turner Armament is the best. I’ve owned all the “top tier brands”, and I would put my Turner up against any of them. Ignore the idiots on here, this guy is the best in the business.

******, the owner is a one man band. A lot of people, in the post COVID logistics world, assume that its easy for him to get parts or just magically make guns out of thin air. He makes one gun at a time, and he makes them perfect, and for a very reasonable price. My Turner isnt the most expensive AR I own, but it is the best, and the one I trust my life to. If you want the best gun, go here, if you want a cheap gun fast, go somewhere else.
