Ive had years of experience in the past, almost all positive. Well this last time was terrible. I paid to have a piece of pottery boxed up and shipped. Well, since ive had no real issue in the past, I usually skip on the insurance. Well lesson learned. I dont know who did the boxing but it was probably the worst packing job ive seen. Rushed, no real care for the product. This is a lesson learned on my end. If you want something right in this day and age, do it yourself. Ill upload photos this evening.
I felt like if I purchased insurance, it would have been taken better care of. This is beyond aggravating and should be a lesson, if you want something to be packed well, you have to insure it or itll get minimal attention.

Experience was frustrating as employee didn't seem willing to help me when it was my turn in line with some heavy boxes that needed to be lifted from a dolly I had used to bring them in with and started helped another customer behind me while I was putting my heavy boxes on the side counter that needed to be scanned in resulting me having to wait another 4-5 minutes before they helped me.

Was there two weeks ago and completely forgot to do this when I got home and kept forgetting but just wanted to say If you come here, I recommend Y’all ask for Varonica. So outgoing and friendly, Overall superb customer service.

Went in the other day and was greeted and helped right away. All staff was nice especially varonica! She was the one that helped me out, She was Kind and helpful and great to talk to.

We always go to this location and have had great experiences in the past. However yesterday April 7th 2025 my wife and my 4 year old son were treated with the utmost unprovoked disrespect by an employee named Ben. My son is autistic and cannot help that certain busy places cause him to react in a way that is different than a normal functioning adult. Bens lack of compassion and frankly discrimination will have us not coming back. I would recommend that any one who reads this, that you do not go here either unless you enjoy being put down by a young man who will likely just be rude to you just for the sake of it. I did not know that UPS was individually owned and operated until today but as it turns out the owner also encourages discrimination since when they “reviewed” what had happened my wife was informed that she had lied and made up the whole thing. If you want to line the pockets of a prejudice man then go ahead.

I had such a great experience at this UPS location thanks to Arley! She was incredibly kind, patient, and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even with a busy line filled with Amazon returns, she handled everything with a smile and made sure every customer felt taken care of. Her work ethic and positive attitude truly stood out.
