“I have been looking at cars for months now and finally made the decision to buy on December 21, 2024. Overall, enjoy the experience at CarMax because you can walk in without hassle, head out to the lot and view numerous different makes and models. I love that you can open the door and sit behind the wheel and the price is clear as a bell. I test drove two cars, and my salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me make my final decision on a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. The process of buying however ended up taking much longer as the paperwork had to be re-done when I realized that the Max Care was already added before I had my questions answered. Upon reading the fine print, I realized that Max Care wouldn't be a good decision for my situation prompting the update in paperwork. The employee who completed this process with me was super delightful and very understanding. My salesman, however, was visibly pissed that I changed my mind on the care package and never came back to thank me for the purchase, show me to my new car or go over the bells and whistles. I still can't change my clock inside. I recommend CarMax, I am just disappointed.”

Got a part sent to CA from NC, and it was exactly what I had asked for - in good shape - and working as expected.”
