Love this place. Ya you gotta have cash or check which I don’t carry but I make the effort to get cash because they’re kind and will help you get the best shipping rate if you ship items far enough in advance for slow boat movement. UPS store gets me for $20+ every time. Postal lady got it from $10 down to $4, and her cute dog was a happy greeter!

Do not go here I got a PO box in July and didn't get to use it because I opened one 2 years before and they said it was suspicious they wouldn't even give me my $70 deposit back the short haired older women is rude wouldn't recommend going here if you need help getting a PO box shame on you for scamming me out of my hard earned money

We tried to ship a item with this office and the lady said this item couldn't be shipped. We went to Hickory post office and they said that was NOT correct information and to call the post master. We live .5 miles from the Bethlehem office and were trying to beat the crowd at the Hickory office but due to her incompetence we had to travel to hickory.

The sweet and helpful long blond haired lady (I didn't catch her name), was so kind and helpful this morning while mailing out packages, she went above and beyond to give me the best rates possible. So much appreciated. Always had great service at this post office, thank you. ?
