I want to thank everyone who has taken the time to explain their issues. You HAVE BEEN HEARD, THANK YOU ALL FOR GIVING US 5 MINUTES OF YOUR LIFE TYPING THIS MESSAGE. We Should Start a Petition to close this business with all the thieves running this place. guessing no one would ever figure out that the owners would be in on it. But how are you that ignorant and somehow thinking no one will put the pieces together. You have no security the owners know and dont car for a reason they reep the stolen items which are priceless. Then never help the consumers in any way.

Had to move out of here. Way iver priced and the security there was terrible. Broken into 3 times in less than 18 months. Terrible communication!

Had my grandmother's precious items there while I staged my home to be sold. My stuff was stolen. Priceless. I am devastated. And units up and down where mine was were also robbed. These people took plenty of time to get us all. The police officer told me there are constant problems with break ins here amd nothing has been done. They said the one single camera didn't even work. 24 hour security? What a joke. Other people have contacted me also who have been robbed. Do you think the storage contacted their insurance to try to reimburse me? .... no. Go anywhere but here.

As I know I am not the only one in this situation I would like to add to previous reviewers opinions. My grandfather past away from cancer a little over a year ago. My grandmother moved, and all of my grandpa's priceless belongings, including thousands and thousands of dollars of tools, were stolen. An officer I talked to told me this could've happened up to two months before the folks were even aware of this. When this happened, an owner was never heard from by anyone. He sent a third party management service to replace locks. They acted like they were really hoping the security, which was a total joke. They have literally 2 security cameras which are on the front of the middle row at the enterance, the footage they did have was useless because they have no cameras on any of the rows besides at the enterance. The facilities are subpar to say the least. Also, if you wanted to talk to an owner, he will not call you even after requesting it, and calling their offices, which also try to charge you late fees and such after being broke into their joke of an organization. They also have moved to no longer having an open gate during daylight hours, well hello that is a given. They act like they've been open since the seventies were great. Please don't go here, it's a complete 100% joke and I personally hope they go out of business. This will probably get some response from the owner, but as you can see I am not the only one that has had this experience, so you'd be better off disregarding it
