Pharmacy is always running two days behind on filling prescriptions and unless you go in person and then they will fill it within 20 minutes, even though they have had the prescription for hours or a full day. Just be aware.

I pulled into the drive thru at 7:58. They close at 8. They would not acknowledge me. So I went inside at 7:59. They closed the window in my face. I told the front desk clerk and she was shocked when she looked at her clock and it said 7:59. Do better. When you advertise 8pm close, then you need to see your patients until 8pm. Period. Then you can pack your crap and go home for the night. Do better.

Been waiting on a prescription since 4/28. Kept calling very week they said maybe next week. Called on the 11 of may. Was told should be in this week and definitely by the week after. Called on the 23rd yea it's here. I go to pick it up and it was filled on the 8th of May. Guess no one looked in the refrigerator. LAZY AND OU OF TOUCH

Pay attention to your prescriptions. I picked mine up the other day and there was an extra bottle of OTC meds in the stapled white bag. I called my doc to see if they prescribed me the OTC, they said no. When I called Walgreens, the lady who checked me out said it was sitting on the counter next to my other purchases & assumed it was mine. This was not the case. It was actually in the stapled bag with my other meds. I'm glad I called my doc to find out if I was supposed to take the OTC, because I'd hate to have started taking it and I react badly to it. I took it back and they refunded my card, so please pay attention to what meds you're actually supposed to get.

This Walgreens needs such improvement to keep the doors open. Staff is always arguing with you or each other. Waited over a hour for one photo that I put a order in online 3 hours before scheduled pick up time and it still wasn’t done. I’d look out Walgreens Mountain View you might be on the list of stores shutting down if you do not get your act together.

Pharmacy is temporarily closed. Medicine for some is life and death. I’m switching from this pharmacy to another local pharmacy.

I'm ready to move my prescriptions elsewhere. There is one person, I think the manager, who is just so negative and difficult and sometimes mean.... Life is just too short. She made another mistake with my medicine tonight which required a second trip- but it's not the first time. And while I was waiting she was busy being rude and condescending to a Hispanic family! Some of the other staff are very nice, and the store staff are always terrific, but it's not worth the aggravation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The pharmacist “Janet” here is very very rude and needs some serious customer service counseling. I went in asking about my infants bug bites and what to put on them, to have her immediately jumping onto me MID SENTENCE to rudely tell me that she cannot give a diagnosis, which I did not ask for. Anyone who’s been to a pharmacy would have that common sense. Then, embarrassed and anxious I tried to leave, I tried to start slowly walking away only to have her continuously rage on about something I wasn’t even trying to ask. I just needed to help my baby who was clearly suffering from the amount of bites she had and as a mother I was already stressed and scared for my baby. What an awful experience.
