Always good, no complaints, only thing that's a little slow is the drive thru, but that's expected, since not all customers are truly ready to get theirs, so the wait line goes a bit slow. Again you still can walk in and see if you can get your prescriptions faster , Or if you just want to wait in your car for 5 mins to ?? mins, In the drive thru, that's up to you? All and all, I would go inside, they have some serious sales going on every day, inside the store. Definitely Worth the wait while shopping.

Never been so disappointed in pharmacy staff!! After ringing bell twice at drive thru and not one but two technicians walked right by and didn’t acknowledge me I went inside; Andrea was so pleasant (store associate) she immediately greeted me with a smile! Got to the pharmacy 3 ladies standing to the side two of which were eating not one acknowledged me (again) then one said to the other oh there’s someone at the window at which i replied no im right here after ringing bell twice. Tell her my sons name a bday apparently she can’t hear bc she asked for the bday; not one time did anyone attempt to apologize for making me wait and come inside after paying I had to ask her for my id back still this lady has not made eye contact or said anything to me other than name and bday when she hands me my id I said “thank u so much” and still she said nothing so I paused and put my hand on the counter to get her attention Finally she made eye contact so again I said “thank u!” I finally got a half ass ur welcome. This is the worst customer service I think I have ever had in my 41 years of living! I forgot the whole first of the story… prior to going to the store I called sat on hold for 15 mins and 37 seconds so I figured they r busy I will call back, as I’m on hold the second time I’m also making my way to the store pull up been on hold for 12 mins 4seconds there is literally 3 cars in parking lot no one in drive thru ring bell twice one lady walked straight past window texting or something on her phone finally someone comes to window can’t give me a reason for being on hold (I’m still on hold listening to the recording as I’m talking to the lady at the window

I just bought a supplement that was supposed to be cinnamon pills but it doesn’t smell like cinnamon and doesn’t look like cinnamon pills or supplements.

This is a terrible store.I was in a tractor trailer wreck I called in needing my medicine I was told I would be called when it was ready. Nobody called, I called them. The phone rang and rang and then eventually it hung up. I called back again after calling the front office to make sure somebody was actually in the pharmacy. They transferred me over. They told me my medicine was ready. They told me they would call me, but they did not. I'm in pain and have infection in my arm.Un unreal

Unreliable service.
Don't bother with their automated system, it might tell you your prescription is being filled but days go by and when you call to check you find out it was never processed.
Their delivery service will lose your insurance information and cause terrible delays.

I’m very impressed with the service and efficiency of this particular Walgreens. It’s always clean , well stocked and the staff is friendly. I was in on 6/27 to pick up prescriptions and to get a shingles vaccine and the store manager was working in the pharmacy waiting on customer after customer, putting prescriptions away and working closely with the pharmacist and techs creating a very efficient run pharmacy department. He was quick to disclose he wasn’t a pharmacist when I asked a question, but quickly got me the answer. He was well versed with insurance policies and discount cards. With wonderful managers like this gentleman all other employees will be more likely to provide great service and keep this location a wonderful and best option around. Thank you for the great leadership and leading by example.

No customer service only one person working store and to busy waking around than ask for help to find item that was in store that show in stock online .she told me that to far for her to walk to help me find item .

I love this Walgreens for All my needs. The employees and managers are amazing and super kind, they always go above and beyond to help. I’m always pleased with their customer service. I been going to this Walgreens for many many years for all my photo needs and online orders,if they don’t have something available at photo they always keep me updated and or will drive to another store to pick up needed items to complete my order. I appreciate there kindness and willingness and too help. By far my favorite store ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’m a life long customer of Walgreens Pharmacy and have used them almost exclusively for at least 25 years. This is because their service is usually unbeatable.
This location, however, is the exception. Every single time I’m there, there’s discrepancies and they handle them in a crass manner, sometimes with attitude. Their customer service here is just awful! Corporate needs to get in there and fix it. Until then, I’m in the market for a new pharmacy, because I don’t want to be treated badly every time my kids need medication.
I hate writing bad reviews, but this location has made me cry multiple times.

I came in with a smile, I was having a great day. So I went to the register to add money on my Chime account and this older Caucasian lady looked at me up and down and walked away from the register telling me their system is down. If I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve asked to speak to her manager cause I only been in that Walgreens a few times but if she in there she gives me dirty looks and act like my skin color gonna rub off on her like dirt ?? If I ever step foot back in that Walgreens and she is in there, I’m getting her name & reporting her. If you can’t be around certain people please find a job where you only around the people that you treat with respect instead spreading your ugly ways, stank energy and dirty looks to anyone else.

I have been a long time customer of Walgreens but today they let me down big time.I went to fill a prescition that I was charged 5 times what I would have paid at another pharmacy. Their excuse was they could not compete with other stores. I will never go back.
