Waited at least 10 minutes on the teller to finish with the ONE person in line in front of me. When I did pull up the teller didn't greet me AT ALL. I still waited another 10+ minutes for her to even speak to me. This location is ridiculous!

After my visit to this Wells Fargo (and two other locations prior) I am closing out all of my accounts with this bank. I’ve been a customer for over 12 years and wanted to add my husband to my account/help him open an account himself. At none of the 3
locations we visited were they able to help us. In this particular one we scheduled an appointment through the app, and drove over an hour to get here only to be told when we arrived that they were closing in 20 minutes and wouldn’t be assisting us. I explained our situation and they were still unwilling to even try and help us add him to my account. I then asked to have my checking account closed out only to be told I could ‘do it on the Wells Fargo
App’. Well guess what the app says? That I should go into my local branch if I need to close my account. Needless to say, after having recommended this bank to many over the last decade and gladly giving them my business, these last 3 visits have shown me that Wells Fargo banks all around are unwilling to work with longstanding clients or put forth any effort to gain new clients that are literally being handed to them. I walked away disappointed and genuinely saddened by how little these people seem to care about serving their community. If you have the option, please consider using another bank and saving yourself the time and disappointment of repeatedly being turned away even when you’ve done everything you can to assure you meet all the terms they give you to be assisted.

We went in to cash a check with both of our names on it. Lady at the counter was super rude when my wife didn’t have her ID. Guess we will just deposit it online. Less angry ladies at the desk that way.

I am sorry to see so many poor reviews. I know that many banks, as well as everything else in the world is going digital, and I did make an appointment online using the Wells Fargo app. My banker, Bill had time for me to open a new account without difficulty and was friendly. I was waiting for the upcharge or add ons, which as a salesperson myself I would have understood, but they didn't come.The branch manager introduced herself and the meeting was efficient. I want to encourage the tellers and bankers to continue to work to the best of their abilities, and I hope wf provides you with a good work environment. Metrics have their place certainly but honesty, efficiency and friendliness are good attributes too.

I tried open a account .I sold my house and going to try to open account here to put my cashier ck into and use bank service.i have never been treated so bad and rude by a bank ever .I just wanted to deposit my ck and open a account I told the girl over and over .the girl tells me she has no time for me she is just too bussy and I would have to come back next week to make a deposit and open a account .yea that is 6 days away.she said she only one there can do a deposit and open a account and she just yelling the whole time.i never been to a bank so bussy it going to take them a week just to take your deposit .I think best I did not go there I had enough of the Ashlyn girl attitude I know I could not hand over my ck and trust her the way she was acting

Customer service is terrible. I first tried solving my issue online. That wouldn't work. (glitch in the App). Then I called the 800 number. It as well, did not work. Can't get a REAL person on the phone either. So lastly, I reached out to my local branch. She told me to call the 800 number I just got off the phone with. She said can't help me with a tone that wasn't pleasant to say the least. I will take my money elsewhere if this is the way it is going to be. I hung up and called the other Hickory location. He told me he could help me. Wow. Misinformation and lazy. DO BETTER!

I wish wells fargo give their employees more training when it comes to dealing with young adults with Autism, they're already struggling to go in a place and talk to people. I took my son to the branch in Viewmont, Lexus was super nice and helpful and patient. Kudos to him.

I called saying my withdrawal was short $20. They said “well why would she steal it when there are cameras watching her.” I didn’t say anything about that I asked them to check for me. They didn’t check the cameras at all to see if it was dropped or anything. Then they said “customers are normally pretty trustworthy if they found it they would’ve given it to us” which is totally not true so many people would pick up a free $20. Then said “well I hope it finds you ??♀️” that’s not how money works??? I went to another bank and closed my accounts after this phone call. Saying that “why would she steal it if there are cameras over her” tells me that they’ve had issues with that before. That hadn’t even crossed my mind and they brought it up immediately. If they had just said “I’m sorry our drawers aren’t over and we don’t see it any where” I would’ve taken that. That’s fully honest and fair. Trying to cover it up like that is super suspicious. If I had called a grocery store or literally any other place and asked them to check they would’ve checked the cameras instead of saying someone wouldn’t steal purely because there are cameras.
