Frequent missing and damaged packages. Packages lazily delivered and placed on ground in the rain instead of walking the 4 extra feet to the covered porch at the front door

They don't have 0 stars because that's what this place is here it is Fri night still waiting on newspaper which comes on Thursday. About a week before Christmas it happened and I had to drive to the post office Friday before they closed and there it was picked it up myself.

Very rude lady I called USPS customer service it tells me it's there but lady says it's not.
