Megan is so nice and professional; I would recommend this facility. I bought a new RV and was stressing about finding a convenient, well-lit, and secure place to store it. Two years in, I can say that I've been very satisfied. Big shout-out to AAA Self Storage and to Megan!

Even though the address says N Main St....this is the end of that street which means literally no traffic and commotion. So this location is not somewhere in downtown High Point. That makes getting in and out of this place pretty easy especially when you are hauling stuff around. Another advantage of this location is you can hit Hwy 311 in less than a minute. This particular location is a newer facility and the older one is just a few thousand feet away. So the prices on this one is a tad bit more than the old one. Very well maintained place and if there are any issues....it gets handled pretty quick. Both the lady and gentlemen who work here are pleasant to work with. The storage place stays pretty full and you have to get on a waiting list to get a spot.

Crooked company! After finally getting in touch with someone I reserved an outdoor space. Explained exactly how big my boat was. Gave them all my information. Showed up to get the code (without the boat thankfully), the guy immediately said he wasn’t sure the one I reserved was gonna work. Obviously a bait and switch tactic as the one he reserved for me wasn’t big enough for a Honda Civic. But he had another one. Just cost another $10. Complete scam. Avoid. They will find anyway they can to screw you over.

License plate stolen from my boat trailer. No camera footage. Also, you will be locked out of the gate if you are 2 days late. No invoice no email. Just locked out.

They auctioned my stuff pretty fast but I went and won the auction and got my stuff for less than half of what I owed. Very friendly people though. Not their fault. They have a free moving truck to borrow, which is very nice. Aside from their stacking fees, I would say they are one of the better storage places around.
