I regret choosing Aetna as my insurance provider. Benefits are horrible, almost like having no benefits. Might as well pay everything out of pocket. On top of that, I never know how much I will end up paying out of pocket after receiving a service from a provider. And when I spend an hour on the phone with them to find out about my copay, they give a vague estimate that is not even close to what I get billed post service. Their representative misinformed me about a doctor's visit rate after spending over an hour with them on the phone and I complained about it but they didn't even help. I can't wait to switch to another healthcare provider next year. I do not recommend their services. They waste your time and money!

CVS/Aetna is a horrible company to work for especially when CVS bought Aetna. I resigned from the company due to working conditions and was overpaid in my last check which I did not notice because I assumed it was my PTO payout. They sent the over payment which was their fault to collections. I tried calling this company multiple times to set up a payment plan prior to being sent to collections. They also added an extra 500 to the over payment due to coming into a new year and something regarding taxes.

Went here for an interview. I'm just hired but haven't started yet. Everyone is really friendly. The wait was a bit long... Security is wonderful & so is the lady who interviewed me. I look forward to starting.Update: they hired literally 3 shifts & just a couple days before our 3 months mark "laid" each and everyone off by calling us all into a meeting. Right before the holiday's. They lied about the times we would work from the beginning... If you don't mind being used for open enrollment & then laid off, go ahead.
