It was my first time shopping there, and definitely my last! Employes were so rude and were not helpful at all. I’m not saying you have to be super jolly, trust me I understand! But don’t be rude, specifically a younger black man with locs. He definitely woke up in the wrong side of the bed

Nice place to shop. I go here weekly for convenience and a smaller place shop better than the bigger supermarkets.

I noticed the prices are high, almost the same price as Walmart, and not a lot of merchandise.

It was my first time here - the staff wasn't all that cheerful and not helpful to newcomers, especially during the checkout process. The other customers were far more helpful and cheery than the staff. I expected better customer service, but unfortunately, you cannot find that in certain places anymore. 😒

Checkout long and tedious due to lack of self checkout stations. When finally move up in line to the cashier they are unbelievably rude. Store is also smaller than other locations in the area not well stocked so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Can we all agree that at night it's cold outside?! Well seeing as how I dressed accordingly especially since I work outside where it's not all warm and toasty sitting at a cash register that calls for being stopped and searched which I agreed just because I noticed right off that a certain cashier was watching me, kinda hard not to notice when they break their neck ya know. Anywho I took my coveralls off and opened up my coat for her as I was walking out the door, but not before I ever once broke eye contact with her nor did I even remotely act suspicious. I acted like a woman trying on some waterproof winter boots though...I wonder how happy she is that she let the real thief walk out because she was too fixated on what I was wearing! She probably didn't even notice that they shoved something in their waste right in front of us. Shame on her and I liked Aldi's until today. This is the 1st and last time I'll be profiled because of what I'm wearing at this store.

I usually have no issues shopping here. The staff is usually very nice and helpful. However today's visit changed all of that! A young man packing out in produce was very rude! I was just trying to grab a bag of carrots near his pallet and he gestures that I'm in his way by waving his hand in front of me for me to clear a path for him. I said I'm so sorry and proceeded to move out of his way and he seemed to get even more frustrated with me and said you could have stayed there! Excuse me sir! I'm just all in the way I guess. I get it though. I work in retail and I understand the frustrations with customers but I would ever make a customer feel the way he made me feel. When I work in bays and a customer is trying to shop in that bay, I happily get out of THEIR way. And I definitely do not gesture to them that they need to clear a path for me! It's just rude. But otherwise, the other staff I have had contact with have always been nice at this location. This is the first bad experience and that guy really needs to learn some manners. Maybe he was having a bad day. I get it! Hopefully it will be a better experience next time. If I see that young man I will definitely steer clear from his way though.

Shopped the High Point Aldi's today due to being in the area. The store is much larger with better selections than the K'ville location. Surprised that this location has not implemented self checkout scanners. Makes checking out a lot slower and tedious.
