Came in and there was a rude unhelpful young man. He was speaking in jargon and telling me laws as to why he cannot help me unless I was an authorized user. I explained I understood and made a call to have me set up as an authorized user. After that he was very snippy, had a whole ordeal about wether my phone was eligible for an upgrade or not. When I kept asking why it was not eligible in store but it is on line he just kept telling me it’s store policy. So I also dropped that. He wouldn’t let me look at phone colors and said he had none on display. In summary he was rude, unhelpful, and seemed to not care for my business.

Stay far away! I repeat… stay very far away from the Manager Dylan!! If you want to be overcharged $1200 for a years worth of over charging my insurance. He will quote you a price then deny it. I have 7 lines and have been paying for 11 devices worth of insurances a month!!! Be aware to look over your bill. Do not let him add a family plan, because some reason he will not take off your individual insurance plans.

At&t is the absolute worse provider I hv ever had!! Switched 4 months ago and my bill is never the same in fact it's always more than what it's supposed to be and the supposedly great deal u get when u trade in a phone really isn't that great of a deal. This was the worse mistake I ever made......Cricket is better than at&t never had any trouble and alot cheaper!!

Dylan was extremely helpful and patient with me the whole time I was in the store. He did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied before i left. He’s an amazing store associate and I think you all should give him a raise! Very satisfied. Thank you!

I recently visited the AT&T store on S. MAIN ST in High Point and was greeted immediately. The representative name Genesis was great and knowledgeable regarding products and service. I was seen in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be visiting this location for future purchases.

1 hour to 45 minute wait for in house service unacceptable !! Might as well close all the stores and order online.

went in to get new phones and a new plan with att. before they even approved me they changed my number over, so when i didn't get approved they couldn't give me my number back. basically had no phone number on the phone i had when i went in. they tried to blame it on the customer support people on the phone, but if she didn't try to take my phone number before i even got approved this wouldn't of happened. and on top of them canceling my whole phone number they couldn't even give me service. they told me i wouldn't get approved anywhere else so i went next door to verizon and got an amazing deal.
