I'm 41 years old and have never been made feel so uncomfortable and disrespected as I was on my recent visit to this store.... Edgar the store manager approached me as I was trying to do some research on my phone for a product I had never seen before. He at first pretended to be helpful and just curious if I needed some assistance. He then proceeded to follow me around and treated me as if I wasnt even welcome/wanted in the store. I've been a customer of AutoZone for over 25 years and recently just moved to a new city, so this was the store now closest to home. After being talked to, followed around, and treated the way I was I doubt I'll be returning to this store and possibly never returning to another AutoZone period if He is the type of person they are gonna have representing their customer service! He was extremely rude,pushy, and just completely made me feel unwelcomed. I was there to purchase the parts I needed to fix my truck, but ended up just going to another distributor after being treated so disrespectfully! Worst customer appreciation I've ever seen.

I returned parts that were wrong and got a refund.They did not have the replacement parts I needed.

AMAZING customer service loved how quick and professional the environment is!!! Got helped by an extraordinary worker his name was Brian L amazing customer service and always had a smile on his face. Definitely recommend him for any car problems or questions!!!

Amazing customer service. I had a flat tire and many problems occurred while attempting to fix it and the employees did everything in their power to get me back on my way and were very helpful and patient with all of my questions. Could not have asked for better help during an unfortunate time.

I stopped by there to order brake pusher/ accelerator.I asked a guy to help me to repair it. He willing and helped. I thanked him for his limited and gentleman!! He did it in 10 mins.. I am happy with his service!

I called and needed a water outlet for a 2010 Ford Escape 2.5L. Mark said the computer said they had one on hand, he double checked the shelf and they had it. I told him I was 5 minutes away and he had it waiting on the counter for me. Great parts and awesome service.
