Went in Friday afternoon for a manicure and pedicure. Paid $80 for a basic gel mani/pedi (my usual salon in is the $50-$60 range for the same services) by Sunday two nails had cracked/broke on my left hand and both my thumbs have the started having the gel lifting completely off. I am now having to go to my usual place to get them fixed.Services: Pedicure

I’ve always been skeptical about nail places for various reasons but was told this place was good. When I went I could see they were not wrong, they were all very nice and understanding and they do a good job.

Didn't have to wait. Love this. 2nd time there. 1st time, perfect nails. 2nd time, ok. Too short, didn't realize I had tips. 2 nails a bit messed up. Sides of nails too wide. Not stream lined. Also, I chose this place for price, now it went up.

The lady rushed on my feet, The polish was old she was using. She used less polish as possible. After my feet was polished she was still trying to clean my feet, once my feet dried she could see all the imperfections & tried to fix it but she was so busy rushing. I also got my child feet done & I couldn’t tell the difference. She didn’t clean his nails at all. It was a waste of $25 for him & $40 for me. I was supposed to get my fingers done but I changed my mind. A guy did my pedi the first time I went there & he did an awesome job.Service: Pedicure

While my gel pedicure is nice, there seems to be some deceptive business practices at play. When asked the prices for a gel pedicure BEFORE service was rendered I was quoted $29 and $8 for a heel treatment for a total of $37. When I was rang up, I was told it was $49.12 as this was not standard but gel, which is what I clearly stated twice BEFORE services were rendered. I handed over $60 and was given $1 to which I protested and got my additional $10. Something is off about this whole business if this is how business is done. I paid but I won’t return.

I was a walk in & though they were busy, I was seen right away. A little slow, a little rough, not the worst nail experience I've had. Couldn't tell you my techs name as I was never introduced, just told to sit in the chair. I brought my own polish & was still made to pick out a color to go underneath it because it was "Too Sheer". I took her word for it. Very little interaction. Nice enough, but not talkative.Edited to add: I did not ask for my nails to be this square but by the time she cut them down it was too late to ask for another shape.

Went into the Salon to get a full set and Pedi. Got the Pedi but once the polish was going on I noticed it didn't look right. I asked her to fix it and she did try. But it still wasn't worth paying money for. I then asked a wonderful lady to fix it and she did ! Maya was great, and great at her job. After Maya fixed my nails ( which took almost 2 hours ) I was waiting for over 20 mins to get my full set started. Which never happened. I'm assuming that because I wasn't happy with my toes that I was flat out being ignored for my full set. Either way I shouldn't have had to wait seeing as how I had been there for two hours and my daughter whom had had a Pedi as well and nail removal was done . I don't understand why but the whole nail industry has been horrible since covid. This is the 4th salon I've been to in HP in a year that hasn't been able to do simple work. And just to be clear the two pictures is after she trying to fix it the first time. The pictures do not do it justice. It looked like white out on my nails. It was thick and cakey. And on my right foot half of my nails were not even painted.

They were able to accommodate an appointment same day and were very kind. I wasn't thrilled w the eyebrow wax and my gel nails peeled off in under a week. I'd try them again, but only if it was a last minute situation.
