“I was worried after reading reviews of this and other locations, but the teller was incredibly friendly and helpful and the facility was clean and professional. I was helped immediately. Since I needed someone else there to sign and couldn’t complete the task I was hoping to finish, she set me up with an appointment at a time that worked for us to go to a facility with Saturday hours. Don’t be too scared by the negative reviews!”

“I went in on a Saturday Morning at 10:00 am with an appointment to set up an important account. The manager on Duty in the Blue Blazer instantly greeted us and asked what he could do to help. We explained our situation, and he immediately set us up with the proper banking specialist suited to our needs. She promptly greeted us, and took us into the office. Throughout the entire transaction, she was helpful, informative, friendly, and courteous. She quickly helped us through the steps, and guided us to a very friendly teller who completed our transaction worry and stress free. Beautiful and spacious lobby and friendly staff, I don't see why the reviews are on the lower side, and maybe we got lucky, but all in all a very pleasant weekend banking experience from Bank Of America!!”
