Run Away!!! Unless you're buying a Bentley. They make excuses when buying a used car from them. Got a Mercedes s550 from them. That 1 months warranty they got is a joke. Something simple as my windshield wiper fluid not working on the way home from buying the car took back before the one month warranty and got excuses. Other thing were messed up too. Oh but because I declined the overpriced warranty. I expected to drive more the 2 weeks but things went wrong on my car.Got more excuses. What was the 30 day warranty for.

Guess I shouldn't have went to a Bentley dealership to buy a Mercedes. Bought one a couple of weeks ago with a 30 day 1000 mile warranty. Took my car in for service today had things they said was working on the car when I drove it off but all of a sudden 2 weeks later they are not working, really? Something simple as the windshied wiper fluid not coming out which was not working on my way home from buying the car. And speaking of windshield when I test drove the car it was clearly not a crack in the windshield but after I went to pick the car up after signing the paperwork there was a crack. We told the salesman(Don) and he played it off as if it was no big deal. When I took the car back for service they were really nice about not being able to do anything but I wasted my whole morning only to be told to take it to a mercedes dealership that will cost me a lot of money to fix. I did expect to drive more than 2 weeks before having to pay out money. Never happened to me before when buying a used car from a prominent dealership. Not sure what the 30 day warranty was for. Also why is it that I have 73145 on my car now granted I've driven a hour and 45 minutes home and still have not reached a 1000 but the paperwork they gave me clearly states that I'm over the 1000 miles mark. They have it at 72501 in and 72508 out. My warranty ends at 73301. Unless you have money to buy a Bentley I suggest you buy any other car that you want elsewhere. Oh yeah, they were nice enough to wash my car before I left very disappointed.8/28/2023To the owner who sent the follow up review. As I said I expected to drive more than 2 weeks to a month without major issues. The inspection your service department should have done before I bought the car was not done. Like the windshied wiper fluid not working and now I'm having to put brake pads on my car. I've only had the car a month. Oh and as I said the windshied was not cracked when I test drove the car. Only after your salesperson told me it was cleaned up and ready to go and after I had signed the paperwork for it that I saw the crack. Don Houser to me to turn it in on my insurance like I just did it. So I'm having to pay for that too. Not good?

Beware, the prices Bentley High Point list on their website does not include a $999 documentation fee they add on to the sale of the vehicle. When asked for a breakdown of what this fee entails I was told “it’s just our fee.” Always watch out for hidden fees when buying a vehicle.

The service at this center is exceptional. They have taken great care of our Bentley and two Rolls-Royce vehicles. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and we always enjoy saying hello to the resident cat, Bentley, when we visit. We highly recommend this service center for their expertise and attention to detail.

We had a wonderful experience at Bentley High Point, start to finish! There were a lot of moving parts, but sales, management, service and even the administrative office went out of their way to make it all work. Looking forward to buying my next car here!

What should I review for my 400th Yelp review of all time? I asked myself that. What would be a review of distinguishment, that would stand out from some of the other places I have written about over the past six years or so? What would stand alone as unique? A Bentley is nothing, if not both distinguished and unique. This Bentley dealership is even more distinguished than most, having the achievement of being the oldest continually operating authorized Bentley retailer in the entire United States, founded in 1963. Yet somehow, here in 2020, I am to be the first person to ever review it on Yelp. 400th review. First to review. Longest running Bentley dealer. And just... Bentley. Yeah, this is worthy of the 400th review. Bentley of High Point was having a special test drive event at the Grandover resort on the outskirts of Greensboro, and I just couldn't resist the opportunity to get behind the wheel of an amazing car. They had a brilliant blue 2020 Bentley Flying Spur, featuring rear wheel steering, a twin turbo charged W12 engine making 626 horsepower, and of course... the unparalleled driving comfort that anyone would expect in a roomy ultra-luxury sedan. Driving this car was like flying a fighter jet but being wrapped and cradled in the softest pillows on the planet. As I pulled onto the interstate to open things up a bit, I dared to press just halfway down on the gas pedal. I was immediately pressed firmly into my seat, which of course had all built in massage settings turned on, and in a couple mere seconds when I glanced down at the unintrusive speed projected on the windshield, it read over 100mph. Whoops. I immediately applied a little braking, and with the size of these brakes, it effortlessly and calmly slowed me down to a more reasonable speed of 75mph. Interstate 85 south is a terrible roughly paved stretch of highway between Jamestown and Archdale, where there was clearly some kind of problem with the paving. It's usually loud and a little bumpy as your tires roll over it. In the Bentley, I'm convinced that it could have been cobblestone and I would still glide smoothly over it like there was some kind of air buffer between road and tire. At some point farther down the road, they were trying to fix this highway, and narrowed it down to one lane. As I sat in traffic for 10 minutes or so, I could feel all the eyes in every other car on me. It made me a little uncomfortable, but at the same time, is an experience that most ordinary people like me don't get to feel very often. I turned around at the next exit and reluctantly brought the car back. I would just assume have never returned. I could have lived in that drivers seat. I sat down with my sales rep, Michael, desperately wanting to purchase the car. But alas, we just couldn't QUITE get the numbers to work out. Not for lack of trying, Michael's professionalism and knowledge of the car was without equal. We parted ways with a COVID friendly elbow bump as we now do, and a promise from me to return one day when I was able to move some money around and perhaps purchase a certified pre-owned model. All this said, if you want the absolute best that money can buy in the automobile world, Bentley of High Point is your one stop shop to get it. I had no idea what driving COULD feel like until yesterday, and now I'll never see the road the same again.
