Horrible From The Very Start ! They Are Selling 2020 Samsung Tvs As 2023 .. Ordered My Items Online Talked To A Person In Store That Told Me To Come In At A Certain Time. Got There On Time. Asked For My Items & The Guy I Talked To On The Phone Told Me To My Face In Person That Nobody Told Me To Come In Yet. BEING Very Demeaning! That The Items Wouldnt Be In Store For Another 3 Hrs So I Left & Told Them To Just Drop It Off At My House The Next Day. Next Day Comes I Wait All The Way Til 4 O'clock To Get A Call Saying That It Looks Like Nobody Lives At My House. So He Went Back To The Store. MIND You This I Have A Bmw X5 , A Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 & A Dodge Dart Parked In Front Of My House ... With Kids Playing In The Yard Almost All The Time. Asked The Guy On The Phone Why Didnt He Call Me Or Why Didnt He Just Knock On The Door Anyway.. In Which He Got Mad & Started To Argue With Me Because 1) He Lied & He Was Behind Schedule Or 2) His Drive Is Really Incompetent.. Driver Finally Shows Up A Hr Later & He Is Really Aggressive Towards Me Hes A Bigger Dude Probably Like 6 Foot 300 Pounds So I Start Adjusting My Fire Arm On My Hip To Send A Slight Warning. He Calms Down Lets Me Sign The Sign Over Paper & He Leaves. I Go To Unbox My Ps5 & Its Human Hair In The Box ... I Bought Replacement Ps5 Shell Colors & When I Go To Take Them Off My Supposably Brand New Ps5 Had Human & Dog Hair Caked Under The Shell Plates Near The Fan Exhaust. & The Ps5 Shell Had Minor Scratches. To Make This Evem Worse My Total Due Balence Was 1500$ I Was Willing To Pay That To Build My Credit. But For The 2 Month I Paid In Advance They Reported Nothing To The Credit Bureaus Which Is Why I Wanted To Finace In The First Place. Having A End Balence Of 1500 Plus 40$ Hidden Fee Every Payment This Ps5 Is Gonna Be Over 2.3k. & I Refuse To Pay That For A Used Ps5.BACK Ground Info: I Paid 2 Months & A Half In Advance. Was Never Charged A *Hidden Fee* & Never Signed Up For Any Programs From Them.Today Saturday April 6 , 2024I Have To Pay My Due Bill & This Mf Gonna Tell Me That My Due Balence Is 140$ When My Original Payments Were 24$ A Week. Where Tf Did The Extra 40$ Come From ? & Why Wasnt I Chargered Tje Extra 40$ The Last 2 Months ? He Claims Its Some Clubhouse Program? But When I Look Up "Best Way Clubhouse Program" On Google Not A Single Search Result Comes Up Relating To Best Way Clubhouse Program. So In My Conclusion This Best Way Is Charging Illeagal Fees To Their Customers!

As a former employee this company is HORRID they push sales don't care about the customer! The moment you attempt to make customers happy or build a relationship with the customer the upper management becomes jealous. I was yelled at called out my name by the regional manager Alexis more like Chrysler because this woman felt as if she can talk to you any way,. Their customer service number did nothing because they don't care but I have recorded audio do let's just see where this gets us. IF YOU CAN SHOP ELSEWHERE DO IT THEY DONT CARE ANYWAYS ! Upper management trash ! Forgot what it's really like to be in store ! The best thing was my store manager and my fellow coworkers .

Let me just tell you that this was one of the best experiences I have had with dealing with customer representative employees so on and so forth this man went out of his way to help me get what I want he did not have it currently in his store he called me an hour later and told me that he was having something transferred for me and it would be in the next morning if I wanted to come on in and do the paperwork he would have it delivered for me and I wouldn't have to come back in and with it being Christmas time that helped me so much and it wasn't just the one guy there's three gentlemen and the delivery guy are all very friendly and they go out of their way to help you as long as your payments are on time they work with you I recommend them over any type of rental agency

If I could give it no stars I would. They didn’t tell me there was no insurance up front so when my son broke the tv it was no way to get it fixed. I had lost my job and was still stuck paying for a broken tv. Very unprofessional and dishonest.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Horrible service, and horrible attitudes. I called ahead to inquire about a product and then when I asked about it on person I was told that I hadn't called because they never would of said that! Also, "new" actually means there's lint in the dryer from the last owners. None of their products looked like they had been cleaned or sanitized after repossession. . Don't waste your time this place is a borderline scam and definitely a joke.Will never be back!

NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!They are unprofessional and run their business with no communication what so ever! They were scheduled to pick up items from my home and incorrectly took a payment that wasn’t due and told me they could not refund it until they had the merchandise back (items were already scheduled to be picked up from 4-6pm that afternoon). I told them they could come at that time (1130am) for the pickup but didn’t hear anything back from them until I called at 430pm. I was told at that time that they had let the person who picks up merchandise go early and they couldn’t come out until the next day, but strangely enough, my incorrect payment was returned. The next day, another incorrect payment was taken out! I called the store again and was told the payment was being reversed and the pick up guys were on their way. The merchandise was picked up but lo and behold, I received a call two days later asking about my payment that was due! I forgot to mention that one of the items was a refrigerator that had food in it we had gotten rid of because we wanted the refrigerator to be ready for them to pick up. We lost HALF of the food we tried to save them time because they said they were coming to pick up the refrigerator but never showed. We received a call back from someone who claimed to be a regional manager, but listened very little to what we had to say and could care less about the food we lost. All he tried to do was defend his company and say how it wasn’t their fault. Rent with ANYBODY else and save yourself the headache!

Travis and Bryan did an excellent Job. Very fast delivery and very friendly service.Arthur was also very friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10. As long as you communicate you’re good. Don’t just dodge them. Actually communicate.

I rented a couple items from best way until I got the furniture that I was going to actually purchase for my home. I called them and let them know when I was done with my rentals and they came and picked up everything. This was in February 2022 fast forward April 2022 I called my debit to hear recent transactions upon doing this I hear a message letting me know that BestWay drafted money from my card April 21st 2022 at 5:00 a.m. in the morning without my knowledge. They had been continuing to Auto draft payments off of my debit card for insurance for the furniture even after I stopped doing business with them. Mind you again I said they picked up the furniture February that I asked him to pick up which I was done with everything and no longer needed their services but after this occurred they were still drafting money from my bank account for the insurance that I was charged for the furniture. I asked Arthur to give me back my cash but instead the money was sent back to my debit card which in the first place it should not have been drafted without my knowledge after I was done with besBest Wayevices so in retrospect they should have gave myself the cAll I will say is I'm not dealing with this company I would not recommend them to anyone they are worse than Rent-A-Center. If you are going to do business with them just make sure they are not still drafting money from your bank account even after you ask them to pick up the furniture and you owe nothing.

The ONLY upside to this company is they help build credit! Other than that, the staff is EXTREMELY Rude and harasses you like a debt collector even after speaking with them. There is NO INTEGRITY OR HONESTY at this location.

Arthur and Rosalyn did a wonderful job with getting me straight in a clutch replacing items I lost in an apartment flood. I'd recommend them to anyone!
