The manager Joe helped me with my furniture and guaranteed I won’t have any businesses with Big Lots because of the treatment. He let my couch fall and almost break, then when I asked him to be more gentle he “I’m sorry you’re having a bad day”. He then remarked how it was discounted anyway and implied he can just refund it in a very snide way.

I have been to this store several times. Frustrating that a coupon brings me in but they NEVER honor. ALWAYS a reason. After thinking about it I decided to return the product I purchased and not shop here again.

Horrendous Customer Service had multiple employees just staring at us while we asked for a Cart to return our Bed , had to ask multiple Times and had a long wait young man upfront understandably could not just leave the front registers and no one else helped us with quite literally two other customers in the entire store Lady working in the Bed section was very rude and instead of getting us adequate change for our return from the safe or other registers , forced us to do a return on our credit card even though we paid cash , horrible customer service and Non Caring Staff

The store is messy...narrow isles with boxes of stuff everywhere, making it hard to navigate through. The staff are lovely and helpful, though, so I will keep returning :)

Special thanks to Ed at the Greensboro location. He went the extra mile for us. We now have a beautiful patio set, delivered promptly and carefully. The price was beautiful too.
