Despite the Google listing showing open hours of 10am - 7pm on Saturdays, this store closes at 5. I called at 4:50pm after I found the Thomasville store to be closed early with no explanation. I asked what time they close and the young lady on the phone replied "In five minutes". I said "Your google listing shows a closing time of 7pm" she responded with complete silence. So I said "Thank you" and hung up.

My sister bought a phone for our mom from this High Point location the phone didn't work we asked for a refund within the 7 day policy return time and they wouldn't adhere to their own policy even after talking with the customer service they basically said customer service has nothing to do with how they run their store I ADVISE ANYONE READING THIS DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION their workers are rude as well the store needs to be shut down and I was actually warned to not deal with boost but wanted to see if my experience would be different NOPE! They suck

Terrible customer service when I asked for my account number they wouldn’t give it to me in the store or over the phone literally got hung up on by 4 different representatives. Worst experience of my life

I've been using Boost Mobile for a good 10 years (or more). Went in today to activate a new phone and they got me on my way in 15 minutes. Great service!
