“We had such a wonderful experience at this bridal shop! My daughter and I made it clear from the beginning that we weren’t planning to purchase a dress that day, we simply wanted to try on a variety of styles to get a better idea of what she liked.

Our consultant Logan was absolutely fantastic. She was patient, kind, and never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy. She encouraged my daughter to step outside of her comfort zone and try different silhouettes, while also listening carefully when we explained what we did and didn’t like. She took the time to make the experience, fun, relaxed, and memorable.

Even though we didn’t leave with a dress we left with a much better understanding of what my daughter is looking for, thanks to Logan‘s expertise and encouragement. We truly appreciated her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. We can’t wait to come back when it’s time to say “yes to the dress!””

“Honestly did not have a great experience here.. went in to try on dresses one week with a super nice lady.(cannot remember her name) Went back the next to do a last round re try only to get treated as if my upcoming wedding didn’t matter. They claim to have “lost” my information in the system.Basically told me oh well. Came in again when I had more time to look for the “lost” items I had already tried on and was told I couldn’t try on anything because they were “too busy”.. asked could I at least see the dress? Was left at the front for 10 minutes or more only to be told someone would be out to talk to me in 20 minutes! I walked out. Came back a THIRD time and was helped my another nice young lady where I just ended up purchasing the very first item I tried because I was over it. Dress came. Went in for alterations appointment where I was told I’d be charged $600 for minor alterations. To put the cherry on top, after alterations appointment I was handed my dress with no bag after I’d already purchased one weeks ago. When I asked where my bag was the girl said “it didn’t come in a bag but you can purchase one” . Who buys a wedding dress at a wedding dress store that comes with no bag??? Def would not have come here if I was in a crunch. David’s has went downhill tremendously! Selection is not great either

UPDATE** - Thank you to the manager Tasha who made things right. Helped me find another dress in 30 minutes literally (that I happen to love)! Met a very sweet group of ladies today. Thanks everyone!”

“I needed a formal gown for an upcoming event and after discussing what I was looking for, the gal pulled a gorgeous dress for me straight away. I tried on several, checked in at another retailer, and came back to purchase that first, perfect dress. The quality of these gowns compared to what I found elsewhere is superior, and the prices were amazing-I did get my gown on sale. I also love that they can tailor anything to fit or create a custom gown if needed, which makes each customer experience bespoke. I will definitely be back the next time I need an occasion dress, and will allow time for alterations if necessary. Highly recommend this small business!”
