My last four new cars in six years were Toyota. Toyota, in my opinion has become a poor to marginal value. They may be losing their core customers like me due to high prices. My new Santa Fe is both an exceptional car and exceptional value. I mean … this SUV is honestly more impressive than my last two Rav 4’ which were 40k plus. I especially respect the ownership of CH for their old school honesty and Integrity. The dealership reeks of Character. Lindsey Laws was my salesperson. Unlike his working parter he didn’t have candy on his desk but his highly jovial personality made up for it.Update Jan 30.I love my 2023 Santa Fe. This dealership is super. Toyota needs to be scared. Hyundai will take their market share.

Happy New Year to ME !! Ethan Kriemelmeyer is a great salesman to work with ! He knew everything about my 'new to me ' 2020 Hyundai Elantra Sport ! Ethan answered all of my questions and got me the deal I needed to purchase that day ! Ethan even delivered my shiney red car to me ! Go visit Ethan ! He is the best !

Husband brought my car in on a Friday to have steering column checked out. Dealership did their job fine but then there was a new problem….. they lost my key! After searching for the key, it was presumed by the staff that someone must have stolen the key! I called that day and asked to speak with the manager, Major E. He was not available. I was told that he would call me the following Monday, he did not. I called him on Tuesday, at least twice. Called the service manager, Shawn, once. No response! I called Major again on Wednesday, no response! I had legitimate questions and concerns about my lost key. If someone took my key by mistake that’s not so bothersome but if someone took my key with malicious intent, could that person steal my car! I finally got a call on Wednesday, I wasn’t able to catch that call, the message said to bring my car in to get my new key. I was very frustrated because no one in management position would call me about this situation! I should not have to waste my time to run my car back to the dealership for them to program a new key when I wasn’t the one who lost my key! Finally after NO response from management, I was able to speak with one of the employees at the dealership. This gentleman was very helpful and was able to arrange for my car to be picked up by KIA, have my new key programmed and then have my car returned to me. The final results were satisfactory, but I still haven’t heard from management!!! Dealership should seriously consider new management or send the ones they have for more training in people skills! Ignoring phone calls isn’t very professional.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience purchasing my new car from Carolina Hyundai! Communication was excellent and laid back, no pressure or silly sales tactics, pricing was very straightforward. I would say it was the most pressure and stress free purchase at a dealership that I've had by far. Ethan, my salesman was fantastic and great to deal with. You will not be disappointed, pay them a visit! I love, love my Ioniq 5!

I have brought my car to them for the past 3 years roughly and in the past I have been satisfied with the service, partially why I have continued to I inconvenience myself by driving all the way to high point instead of going to my local dealership here in Greensboro. However this recent visit for services, has left me extremely unsatisfied. The communication was horrible, the customer service lacked any impression that they would want me as a returning customer seeing as my history with them has been substantial. The vehicle repair was a problem I had two years ago that they confirmed was the same issue again, but of course they will justify it by saying it’s a completely different piece. So the pricing was outrageous being that I paid a completely different price for said repair two years. So of course I had questions and the manager called me back tried to butter me up a tell me he’s willing to give me a discount an a loaner vehicle. Never received the vehicle, in which I must admit I declined the offer, however when I went to check out with the impression I was going to get a discount, NOPE THE PRICE ACTUALLY INCREASED. I asked my service advisor to have the manager give me a call regarding the price. In which I never received that call… the communication in fact was horrible & of course we know how this ends, I will not be a returning customer anymore.

We shopped around (thirty plus dealerships). They had the Best price in three states on the Sonata. Downside; I did feel like I was at a timeshare sales presentation while filling out the paperwork at the end. They really push these add-on service agreements. Which we did not buy. At which time the Finance person got snarky with us. But hey, that's life.

I recommend Patrick Fowler. He was great and he helped me find a new car in my budget that checked off all the boxes for me. He was very honest and didn't bait and switch or try to pressure me into my purchase like other dealerships I visited. I love my Hyundai Kona and it is a pleasure to drive.

Excellent customer service and extremely friendly, considerate and knowledgeable staff. Came by about 30 minutes before close on Friday to see what they had available on their lot and the salesperson, Ethan, was very friendly and checked in on us and even helped us get a test drive despite being so close to closing time and helped get us a lot of information about the cars we were taking a look at. The next day I returned to trade in my old car and buy a bad new 2023 Santa Fe. The salesperson, Larry, did a tremendous job of helping us get through the process quickly and efficiently. On top of everything, Larry also made sure that I was introduced and understood ALL the features of the new Santa Fe before leaving the lot with my new purchase. Amazing service throughout the entire process. Made the entire car buying process so much easier and made me extremely happy with my purchase.

Excellent customer service and buying experience. Ethan, my salesman, went above and beyond to answer all my questions and gave me the time to reach my buying decision - that I really appreciate. Based on my buying experience, I feel confident that any services I need after the sale, will be equally as good. Without reservation, I can highly recommend Ethan and Carolina Hyundai.

Sebastian and Roderick were so helpful and made the car buying process so easy. Sebastian gave me my trade in value in minutes. Roderick searched other dealers to find the color interior I wanted because his location didn’t have it. He found my Tucson and had it brought over for me so that I got exactly what I wanted! He had all the paperwork done so fast I couldn’t believe how quick the process was. I highly recommend these gentlemen if you need help and are looking into getting a Hyundai. They are awesome!!

Usually have to get an appointment for service but we don't have the time to wait 2 weeks so they wiggled us in and the guy said they can do that if you bring it in just be a 2 hour wait..Hey no problem with that...And my Tucson always looks pretty when it's been washed by them!! Thanks, guys!!!

Our experience searching for a new SUV for the family at Carolina Hyundai of High Point was excellent and productive. We visited the lot twice this summer, weeks apart, and Lindsay our primary salesman was extremely helpful and straightforward on both visits.On our second visit we ended up test driving two Palisades, and while Lindsay was attending to another customer, Roderick was extremely helpful in answering hours of questions we had. Once we settled on a Hyper White SEL trim model, Roderick worked with the sales management team to generously reach a fair trade-in offer for the vehicle we were replacing, and we ended up purchasing the Palisade at an acceptable price deal. The sales experience was what we expected overall in 2023, which is an unfortunate reality, but the service was excellent!!We highly recommend talking with Lindsay and Roderick about purchasing a Hyundai or Kia. They are extremely skilled, confident, and knowledgeable on the Hyundai and Kia product lines, and will be honest and upfront with you in your car shopping.----------+++----------One note on Hyundai USA: there seems to be an unnecessarily heavy bias in their corporate sales and marketing strategy towards NPS ratings, with anything less than 10/10 indicating that their sales team fell short. As an experienced professional dealing with the public in sales, retail, marketing, and customer service, I fiercely disagree with this constricted emphasis. Our Hyundai sales team was reliable and highly customer-focused, earning a solid 9/10 from us, and I'd love for the ownership group to be aware of this discrepancy in relying on NPS instead of authentic buyer feedback. Other dealer logos I've visited in the past year were much less obsessed with NPS score. End of rant.

I purchased a 2023 Hyundai back in late February and at the time the salesperson did not go into a lot of detail about the various features. Unfortunately, he has since left the dealership so now no contact. Since then I have been trying to use the manual or online to get answers to my questions. Long story short, today I called to see if there was anyone I could meet with at the dealership to get help with a specific feature setup. The very nice and helpful operator said she would have one of the salespeople to call me back. Within a few minutes Sebastian called and said we’d try to get the feature setup without my having to drive to High Point!!! He was so patient, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about my vehicle and its various features. He stayed on the line with me until he made sure all was successfully completed. He then gave me his contact information and offered to help with any future questions I might have. Thank you Sebastian for your help, excellent customer service, and especially your patience!Sebastian is truly an asset to Carolina Hyundai. If you are in the market for a new vehicle be sure to ask for Sebastian!

Best Hyundai service in the Triad. When I had a challenge with the engine, Greensboro seemed to not be interested in even listening to me. Winston Salem? Pretty much the same response. Burlington was polite, but backed up. When I needed help, and called them, it was almost like they dropped everything to help - * know that is unrealistic, I am just saying they went out of their way to help, and to make me feel like they wanted m3 to be there. I just recently had to get a software recall from the manufacturer, and the experience was exactly the same for something they made little to no money on. I highly recommend that you visit these folks if you need service or help with your Hyundai.
