Every other time I’ve been here they have been great. Recently I brought my car in and the service guys thought it was funny to park my car in the Hyundai dealership and not even in a parking spot. I spoke to Major Elswick less than 30 mins prior and it took almost an hour to find my car. When I raised concern about my car Mark the service advisor was rude and intentionally misled me. And Mr.McNeil I hate to leave this type of review under your business but you were made aware of everything that happened.

Tried to get my vehicle repaired again after a conversation with the service manager and now the dealership is refusing to repair my vehicle cause we complained. This has got to be the worst experience with a dealership and service department I have ever had....please DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

Carolina Kia of High Point is a fantastic dealership. They have honest pricing that matches their website, no additional add ons nor "market adjustments" and are negotiable. If you are searching for a great dealership and a wonderful salesman, look no further than Carolina Kia and Lindsay Laws. Lindsay will definitely take great care of you! Oh, and very quick. Learning the functions of the car took longer than the actual purchasing. This was by far our easiest vehicle purchase ever!

We worked with Patrick and had a great experience. Entire process was very quick, and they had the exact vehicle we wanted at the best price. I asked for pricing for almost identical vehicles from Raleigh, Concord, and Salisbury area and those dealerships all had markups of several thousand dollars before even getting to dealer. fees.Carolina Kia gave us a great price ($1,000 under MSRP) and a great customer service experience. Would highly recommend Patrick and Carolina Kia to anyone in the market.

Sale rep offered to put together a quote for us if we ordered. The numbers and time (90 days) didn't meet our needs. It didn't met our wants so we said thank you but no thank you. His response was that we are playing Russian roulette while finding the car I want. How tacky and distasteful. Sir it's not as serious as life or death. It's a car.

I am glad I purchased my Telluride from Carolina Kia. Lindsay was the absolute best. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot he answered all my questions but never pressured me to buy anything. I decided to place an order for my SUV. He was transparent and honest about the wait time and communicated with me periodically while we waited for the delivery. It took 5 months to receive my SUV. When I picked it up he went over everything with me regarding the features and how to use them. I was very impressed with Lindsay and Carolina Kia. I had visited several other dealership on my pursuit to buy my car but never felt as comfortable as I did at Carolina Kia. I didn't feel like they were just trying to make a sell. I would highly recommend them for your next car purchase.

Best dealership experience I've had so far. This place was cheaper than any other Kia dealer I visited, plus they actually had the cars that were listed on the website. There was no upcharge over MSRP. Everywhere else I visited either upcharged every car by at least $2000, or every car listed on their site was already sold, or just on there to get you in the door.Steve Holt was my sales associate, he was great! He made sure we weren't pressured and he thoroughly explained all features, and made sure we didn't feel rushed. He even followed up to make sure we're happy with the purchase. We got a 2023 Kia Sportage EX AWD - Exactly what we were looking for. Keep up the good work, Steve! - Logan L

Had my car serviced here for A/C service, oil change and tire rotation. Got my car back and it rode awful, the was a heavy pulsation and wobbling when I drove especially at high speeds. It did not drive like that before I dropped it off. I went to a tire shop and they told me that when the tires were rotated the tires that they put on the front were bad and that I needed two tires and an alignment. Instead of Carolina Kia catching that they let me drive off. I will not return here for any future service needs.

The dealership was very hard to work with. We had a better apr % with our bank so we told them were going to go with our bank loan instead. They told us we needed certain documents sent from our bank to the dealership. Our bank sent them the documents and even a check. For 2-3 days they kept saying they didn’t not receive the documents they needed. We called the bank and the bank (that deals with dealerships all the time) said they sent the dealership all the documents needed. Finally, the salesman told my husband that he can match the bank loan interest and when we went to sign the papers they put a higher interest rate and refused to honor their word and match. In the end, my husband ended up signing and getting his car ??♀️ but needless to say, after explaining the situation to our bank (b/c we had to cancel that check they sent out) even our bank is now weary of this dealership ?

This dealership claimed that I didn’t have the correct documentation to go through with my own financing. I ended up going through with the dealership (with worse apr %) just to find out that a check from my bank had already been sent.If I didn’t have the correct documentation why was a check written and sent to the dealership?Ultimately the dealership had to return the check. Very sketchy, I will not be a returning customer.

I want to give a 5-star and a thumbs up ? to Mr. Larry Spates for making it possible for me and Susan to purchase our brand new 2023 Kia Forte. We have been trying the previous two weeks in getting a forte but in the color of blue. They had one that was to arrive at the end of March but unfortunately it was delayed a week or two. They were also offering special finance rates which made it that much better. Once that car arrived and they were still offering those rates, Larry Spates made the process so easy for us to purchase that car and it only took a couple of hours. Thanks Larry and when I come in for my first oil change I'll be sure to stop in and say hello.

Paid off our car through Kia Motor Finance. They won’t release the title. Kia Motor Finance customer service is terrible. We always had a good experience with Carolina Kia. My wife called to see if they could help us. Was told we bought the car 3 years ago and their is nothing they can do. They recommended Kia Motor Finance but now that their is an issue we are on our own.

Update 3/9/23- go to Battleground Kia! Called, they got me in. Will continue service there for my Kia even when it's 20 minutes further then this place that wouldn't even look at vehical. 0 stars for sure here at High Point Kia.Update - 2/27/23 - called and left a message for the service manager(due to their reply to review) over a week ago, no response. Not surprised. Looks like the same response on others' reviews and also a generic response to call.Relocated to state 1 yr ago, call to have car looked at for oil leak and was told they wouldn't see me because they aren't taking new cars? It's a 2020 Kia Forte, original owner, still under warranty? Guess Kia Corporation will be contacted, doesn't seem right.
