My experience at Charlie's Tobacco Outlet was far from satisfactory. The cashier's lack of professionalism and discourtesy left a lot to be desired. During my initial visit, instead of greeting customers, she was engrossed in a conversation with an adolescent and remained seated when I approached. Even though I knew what I wanted, I had to initiate the purchase. Upon returning to the store due to stale products, I handed them to her and mentioned the issue. To my dismay, she continued her conversation and didn't acknowledge my concern until prompted. Although I was able to exchange the items, the replacements were also stale. When I asked if there were fresher products in the back, she simply replied with a dismissive "no." This entire interaction was marred by her unprofessionalism, laziness, and a disturbing appearance.

Really good prices. I've never seen a better price on tobacco. They had everything I need to make cigarettes. Some smoke shops don't.

Staff had Terrible knowledge of products sold in store. No help at all. The prices are jacked up as well.
