I’ve always enjoyed chick-fil-a and never had a single bad experience until recently. Every-time I go to chick-fil-a now, I get a sandwich that is rubbery and chewy to the point where I have to throw it away. I can understand if I just got a bad sandwich once, but the last three times I go, it’s like that? What in the world happened to the quality meat that I expect to eat when I order at chick-fil-a? I hope it is just this location that this is happening at and not all the other ones too.

I came to the drive thru around 8:15-8:30pm 02/26/24. Young man named "Joe" standing in the middle of the drive through. After 10 seconds or so, he moves out of the way. I drive up, I said, "Customers can't pull up to place their order if you're standing in the middle of the way. " He said, "Well, I hope not." I said, "Excuse me?" And he repeated himself. I asked him why he just stood there instead of stepping aside so I could move forward. He told me he didn't see me. (It's dark, my lights were on, so not sure why he didn't see me.) I told him, "My lights should be able to be seen at 150 yards and I was only 25 feet away from you." Then he said, "Maybe you should get your headlights checked." I drove through the line, went inside, spoke to the manager, ordered my meal and left. I usually go to Chick-fil-A because of their respectful, superior customer service. I believe this young man needs to be retrained.
