Room was super clean, spacious, and very nice. Making the reservation was easy. Customer service was great. Parking was right in front and no extra charge for it. The beds are so comfortable. Slept really well all night.Rooms: Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott High Point was enjoyable, and the room was definitely a treat. For the price point, it was a very decent hotel with a comfortable and spacious room! The lobby and community areas were beautiful with comfortable seating. Unfortunately, the pool room was closed for remodeling, and I did not look at the gym room. The hotel breakfast restaurant was vacant when I visited and waited for service for quite some time, so I went to a local IHOP instead. The breakfast prices at the hotel were a little high for the quantity of food that appeared to be served. However, I did enjoy some cocktails in the evening and the bar service was good.My room was the highlight of my stay. The bed was comfortable and all room amenities were great. Plus, I had a courtyard view from a balcony that I could sit on.

This is the BEST hotel in the area. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, and because of its location it is quiet for a great night sleep but also I feel very safe here. It's also very nice to have a Target and McDonald's so close by to pop over to. Definitely a place I would recommend to friends and family.

The biggest issue was worn out mattresses and I had read this in a review. Front desk staff are very helpful, bistro is understaffed. Our stay was fine but not stellar.

This place is so suspicious, I wouldn’t recommend. We had multiple charges added to our reservation that staff could not explain. The first night, we received a fraud alert from our bank because someone tried to swipe our card info for $300 at 4:00 a.m. I addressed this at the front desk & asked for a manager. I was told that there was no manager there for the weekend and she wouldn’t be back until Monday. The day of check out, we were told our 2 night stay that we initially booked for $566 was now $760. I reserved this room in July, and I was told it was now $760 because of an event they had going on this weekend. I asked for the manager again & I was told she wasn’t there and that the manager would call me back. I told them that wasn’t an option and had to ask for someone to call the manager. Instead of just honoring the price, it was a whole situation trying to get the original price we booked for. Would not recommend coming here at all unless you want your card swiped for fraudulent activities.Safety: Your credit card won’t be safe

A Courtyard is a Courtyard, all with the same formula. We have started to need accessible rooms in the last year. We booked the Courtyard after trying the J W Adams and a Greensboro hotel on two previous visits. The room was clean, as was the entire property. (The pool was closed for repair.) However, this accessible room only had a handrail behind the toilet, which was useless to us. When we discussed this with the front desk, we were offered a raised toilet seat with arms. Though this worked, is far from ideal. Apparently all the accessible rooms have this same design. High Point seems to be an expensive lodging market. Courtyard seems to be on the premium end of that market. Due to our circumstances, it seems a waste to pay a premium for a compromise.

Ebony, the front desk agent, went above and beyond to offer wonderful service. She was so hospitable and had a great smile. I'm grateful that I was met with such a good person after a long drive. I would definitely recommend based strictly off her wonderful service.

Great Courtyard. Very clean. Rooms are well kept. The location across from an abandoned mall isn't ideal but at least it's quiet!

They don’t allow dogs. But what they don’t know won’t hurt them.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like the TV on the side and away from the bed. It was a hard angle to watch unless you were sitting in the chair. But it's more important to have a clean room, and it was.

Would probably not recommend this hotel to anyone in the Greensboro area. We traveled to Greensboro for a soccer tournament and booked this hotel through Hotwire. The staff was friendly overall (really friendly actually, but because of the cancellation issues I left the stars at two), but upon arriving we were not given the correct room for our booking and had to ask to be moved, which to be fair was done promptly and courteously. We were also notified upon arrival that the pool was close for renovation which was disappointing for the kids who had brought their swimsuits for downtime in between soccer tournament games.Upon arriving in the second room, we were tired and hungry, so we left to go eat - and it was clean enough for us to collapse in for the evening when we got back after our meal. The next morning after a more thorough examination of the room and while taking a shower, I found that there was a not unsubstantial amount of mold/mildew on the bathroom ceiling (see pictures). My kids and I had all woken up with difficulty breathing. We had a very early morning soccer game and were gone most of the day and again and when we returned we were all very tired and just went to bed, but on the third day we asked to have someone come up and take a look at the mold because we still were having breathing issues (pure speculation, but it could be that the ventilation system too could be filled with mold/mildew given what we saw on the ceiling).Someone did come up and thoroughly scrub the ceiling with some sort of Clorox solution that added to the difficulty of breathing in the room. He was very friendly and courteous, but we did go down to the front desk and ask for a room change and were told we had to wait. It wasn't until later in the afternoon that we were offered a room change, by which point we decided to just head home given the results of the soccer tournament and the breathing issues and cut our stay short. We also were denied cancellation of the final day of our stay through Hotwire and the hotel, with both the hotel and Hotwire blaming each other for the inability to cancel. Each one claiming that they could cancel the reservation if the other approved it, but neither party actually approving while on the phone with each other, even with the mold situation. Not sure I will be using either Hotwire or Courtyard for future stays.Rooms: Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. ????TV is tucked behind a wardrobe unit and requires it to be pulled out and angled to watch TV in bed, but then guest in sofa bed is unable to see. ????Nearby activities: There is a senior center in the abandoned mall, so if you want an early morning walk - there are some people walking through the abandoned parking lots surrounding the mall.Food & drinks: Only food option in the hotel is the Bistro - the bill for 3 of us (myself and two kids) for breakfast was *** $50.00! Our breakfast consisted of a Bagel w/cream cheese, a Yogurt, a small bottle of Tropicana orange juice, an order of French Toast, a Coffee, and a Fruit cup. ????Noteworthy details: The hotel advertises on the "Mall loop" but the mall is abandoned as is most of the surrounding area. Not much within a 3 mile radius that we explored.
